Flips provides honest pricing, excellent service, and they know what they're doing. I haven't had a "go to" mechanic for 20 years. Now I have my go to place because they give me full disclosure on what my car needs, what the cost will be, and tell me what is emergent what can wait (and when to bring it in) and let me make the decision without pressure sales. I was very impressed with their honesty. I came in and told them I needed new shocks on my car. They looked at it and told me my shocks were fine. No charge. Shocks on my Mercedes would have cost over $1,000. They saved me over $1,000 that day. Thanks Flips!

By far the best auto mechanic shop we’ve used in the state of Utah (and we’ve had a variety of cars & issues for close to 15 years) Thorough in assessment and explanation, great communication, provide timely options and solutions in order of priority and/or safety, sensitive to those who lack auto/mechanic knowledge, fair and ethical. Highly recommend!! Love that it’s family owned and operated as well. My only regret is that we didn’t discover them sooner.

I have a 1958 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud I. I've had Flips work on it twice, once for brake work, and once for some engine work. Both times, the service and overall work was impeccable, from Kristen to the whole crew (shoutout to T.J.!). I did consider the price just a touch steeper than I anticipated, but I agreed and paid the fee anyways for an oil change.

PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5
It's an oil change. Not much to say, as I don't have much experience in it myself. I have noticed however, when I start my vehicle, it rings and says I need to change the oil, so I may need to take my vehicle back in and have them quickly fix that. I'm sure it is a simple fix.

The staff was friendly and pointed out simple issues that were foreseeable, in my case one of the tires I have is starting to cup.

This place is great! I discovered a leak in the valve cover of my wife's Chevy volt the night before a road trip to LA! They managed to get me in first thing the next morning so I could leave on schedule! I'm literally writing this from their lobby. Thank you Flips!

Flips is amazing! I went to go get my car looked at after it has been in an accident, and I was told I had a two-hour wait for them to get it looked at (which is a lot better than I've had in most repair shops). They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely going to be coming back here for my future car needs.

I don’t usually like going to car repair shops because I always feel taken advantage of, but I decided to give Flip’s a try! They were SO kind, quick, and helpful. They seemed pretty busy when I walked in but made time for my car regardless. I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all and they fixed my problem within 5 minutes of me being there. I was referred by discount tire and I’m so glad they did. So impressed by this place. Incredibly helpful, kind and quick. Car issues are frustrating but this place makes the experience not so bad. Charlie also makes waiting more enjoyable.
