Had pipe dreams come out to the house and replace our galvanized pipes. Very impressed work quality on point. Definitely would recommend if your looking to replace pipes or any plumbing.

I had two toilets that I needed replaced. I called several plumbers in the Janesville area, and not a single one answered the phone or returned my call. One plumber texted me, asked for pictures of the toilet, so he knew what size they were, and then never heard from him again. Pipe Dreams was the only one who answered! They said they had a cancellation, so they could come 2 days later. If you want to talk to an actual person and get your plumbing fixed in a reasonable time, just call Pipe Dreams first!

Pipe Dreams was the only plumber willing to take our business in Janesville. It was a bathroom addition in the basement. They came in did the work quickly and professionally. Showed up on time and was in and out. The owner said he would do any work from simply changing a toilet or faucet to a whole house remodel. We went through a bunch of trying to calling Janesville contractors and he was the only one willing to do the work. All these other contractors in Janesville didn’t want the work or never called back. When the economy slows down and these contractors are looking for work, good luck. I will use Pipe Dreams again.

As first time homeowners we know nothing about plumbing and won't touch any of it out of fear of making things worse. Since moving in a year ago we have had PipeDreams out to our house several times. They have anchored a loose outside spigot, repiped and installed our new dishwasher and air gap, returned no charge to tighten a dripping valve after that visit, installed our new water softener and then just recently due to old and thin piping, replaced the valves to our water softener due to a leak in the elbow that had started months after the install. Every time I call, Roxanne is there to answer and can reliably relay information, text messages and pictures of issues to the technicians and owner. They make every effort to get me on the schedule ASAP. They communicate when their technicians are running behind or even a little early. The work is quick and well done. Could I save money by handling some of these things myself? Probably. I'd rather pay a little extra and have the professionals do it. Any charge I have had I feel has been reasonable. They are our go-to company in the city of Janesville for plumbing!

We called our regular plumber regarding a leaking kitchen faucet. They were booked up far ahead so referred us to Pipe Dreams. PD responded quickly and professionally and by the end of that day we were using our beautiful Kohler faucet. Next time they'll be our first call.
