Went double the distance for what appeared to be a bigger store. While the inventory did not match expectations, it didn't matter in the end as I was able to get what I needed (new phone). Staff was super helpful - making sure the new phone was exactly to my liking. So glad I went the extra distance because the sales associate went more than the extra mile for me! I was very pleased with my quick, efficient and friendly service. Samuel resolved my issue and I was able to upgrade to a new phone for the same monthly price I'm paying now. I also appreciate that he wasn't pushy at all. I've been here 3 times now in the last 2 years and have only had positive experiences.

Brent explained every step of the process. It was a long process. His personality was warm and he seemed to enjoy his job. In the end he covered all the bases and we walked out happy with 2 new phones.
