Brad was the best customer service representative I have dealt with in awhile. He went over above explaining everything to me. He made switching over effortlessly. The price he thought even came in lower. He is fantastic. Thank you for such great service.

Cody and Zach were very friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. They also made sure I got the best prices with their available promotions! I usually dread going to phone stores but they made it an enjoyable experience.

The AT&T store in Janesville provided me an excellent experience. I specifically worked with Brad who was extremely knowledgeable and kind while assisting me with my phone troubles! He answered all of my questions and was very respectful. Will definitely be returning and recommending to a friend.

Brandon is amazing. My boyfriend and I came in for many things. We bundled our Internet and wireless, we got switched into the same account, and got new phones. Extremely professional, efficient, and VERY nice and personable! He also helped many people along with us at the same time. So level headed too even when it got a little busier inside. AT&T is lucky to have Brandon! :)

I was very impressed with Brandon at the Janesville store. While I was at the store he listened to my problem and spent a great deal of time on the phone working to resolve my problem. He continued to resolve this after I left and followed up by letting me know it was taken care of. He was professional and reassuring and a great asset to your organization. Hats off to Brandon for his excellent customer service.

Came into the store and was greeted right away by one of the managers. I was told it would be just a few minutes wait. Quick service with some sweet promotions! I highly recommend going to the janesville location for anything you might need, they know what they're talking about and are so willing to help!
