Costa Vida

I come here every week, I love their food. I moved out of utah for about a year and missed it every day, so I’m very glad to be back now. This is a great place and I recognize all the staff members. Inside seems pretty clean as well, though I typically get to-go. Their sweet pork, beef, and chicken are all super good. They have very kind staff who have never been rude to me, especially the very friendly manager red-head man!

Beef Enchiladas: 10/10. I love this restaurant and I have for years. I believe that this will forever be my favorite thing from them, forever. This is so delicious. Beef, red sauce, cheese, black beans—literal perfection. Paired with sour cream/Greek yogurt, nothing can ever beat this. It’s juicy and hot with the perfect kick from the red enchilada sauce, and the shredded beef mixes perfectly with it.

Chicken Enchiladas: 10/10. Just like the beef enchiladas, this is so good too. I eat it the same, but only the protein is different. It’s divine, truly, and so good and filling. Literally my comfort food for the rest of time. I dream of this dish. There is something magical about it with sour cream (or in my case, Greek yogurt), I promise. It’s just as juicy as the beef enchiladas. The chicken smothered in the melted cheese and red hot sauce is so flavorful and tender.

Chicken Taco with Corn Tortilla: 9/10. It was good! I put Greek yogurt and some guacamole on it upon getting home. It made it taste even better, and it was filling. The cheese at the bottom was satisfying with the lettuce and chicken, and with the black beans, it was a solid taco. The corn tortilla was also great and tasted like a totally normal tortilla, no weird smell or anything. Filling and satisfying.

Sweet Pork Nachos: 10/10. I always eat too much. With the queso? My god, my arteries should be gone by now. This is delicious. The toasted chips are so good with the warm and juicy sweet pork, not to mention the melted cheese and hot black beans that seep through the pile.

Chips & Salsa Fresca: 9/10. Not too exciting of a dish, but still delicious. Very good. It’s essentially just the pico de gallo but blended. It tastes fresh and has a slight kick to it, while also remaining mild and cool.

Chips & Guacamole: 10/10. I love their guacamole, I wish I had a whole tub of it. It’s simple but amazing.

Chips & Pico de Gallo: 5/10. It’s alright. The rating is only low because I’m not a pico de gallo person, but I’m sure someone who likes it would be able to appreciate this dip a lot more than I can.

The service is always great at this Costa Vida location. I order through the app mostly and my order is always ready and hot and the employees are friendly. Thanks for the great service!

Great food! It does bug me that when you stand in a line to get your food and get your own drink, that they ask for a tip.

This place is great and always clean. They have great staff that is friendly and efficient. The food always tastes great and it is very fresh. Costa Vida always does a great job at creating a fun and exciting atmosphere. #lfthx. We love going here and spending time together as a family.

Costa Vida is our go to place when we want a healthy, easy and delicious meal! The food has been great every time along with the service. If you haven't been to Costa Vida you're seriously missing out and need to try it asap!!

Food was delicious ! Ordered a steak burrito and mango chicken salad . Service friendly and quick. I called in my order and everything was right ! Place was clean and we will be back !

The manager working tonight was SO nice! I picked up a takeout order and he checked all my food with me to make sure I was good to go. I will definitely come back to this location; the food's always lit at Costa but the staff here is even better!

Ordering online recently has been more difficult than previous months. It pops up with errors when trying to put order in cart. I had to try ordering several times.

Listen, I love Costa Vida! Sweet pork salads are my favorite! I'm always seeking out different locations according to where I'm working that week. This location is my personal favorite. Very clean, very organized even during the lunch rush and the staff is always in a good mood. When the staff team are friendly with customers, joking with other staff members and efficiently getting the orders out, such a refreshing difference than other restaurants. I love when the owner/ manager puts my salad together. He is so good at it and so kind! Great job guys, I sure appreciate you and your delicious food!

Excellent Food, Excellent Service and the place was clean with a happy staff! That means that they are doing something RIGHT! This place is the PERFECT PLACE to eat where there is something for everyone in the family or group to have a great meal! Their proportions are great, so you can have left overs for snacking or sharing a platter... or even better, the taste is so good the next day... save it for lunch tomorrow! Always great food and excellent service.

My family is addicted to this place! I absolutely love the environment, how clean it always is, as well as the staff that work here. They work hard to give you the food that you want and fast. The only few drawbacks that they have are that if there is a rush, sometimes the staff wont hear your order properly and give you extras on your food that you didn't want. It's rare but has happened a couple of time over the years. Now on to the food: The food is amazing! Not once have I ever ate there and gone "man that sucked." The tortillas, are always fresh and taste like it. They are constantly rotating the food so that there isn't anything stale or cold (unless it is supposed to be) Over all I will keep going here with my family for years to come.

Costa Vida is a restaurant that always sounds good to me and it never disappoints. It is always so fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and attentive to our specific order. I would recommend this restaurant to others. We have found that the South Ogden is our favorite location, with quick service, generous portions, and friendly service. We can’t stay away!!

I've been going to this location for lunch for a few months, and I must say that I've been impressed. The food is always excellent , the service quick and efficient. Even when there's a long line, it only takes a few minutes to get through and get your food. The tables are always clean.
Since I have been there more than a few times, the staff have started to recognize me, and since I order the same thing every time, they almost always have things ready for me when I get to the register. I have been extremely pleased with my experience here every time.
