I have been here almost a year after banking with chime. Customer service was great, had my social leaked in AT&T breach and they tried opening up another account. it was handled excellently and in a timely manner.

It's a 30 min drive to get there, closest one to me, from out of town.

Well, I walked in, lady banker orders the card for me and assures me my current card will be active until it expires. Awesome, right? Nope. My card was removed from my account(which worked perfectly fine 10 minutes prior to this) and no card was ordered, even though she had me pick out a design for my new card. How does that even happen?

So, I'm stuck with no cash, 30 mins away from any US Bank and it would be closed before I got there. No way to buy gas, grab cash from an ATM, or anything really....So, I had to waste more gas to go get a temp debit card the next day, from the same branch that I don't even want to deal with anymore.

To be fair, other visits have been fine, but that was ridiculous....

We had an appointment to open a business account. The appointment was at 9am. We had to wait for them to open the doors. We let the teller know we had an appointment with Ms. Heinen. The teller said she would let her know. Asked that we wait in the seated area. We waited for 20 minutes. Then asked the teller how much longer. We were told they would let her know we were waiting and should be a few minutes. We decided to leave. If they don't want my business, I won't beg them.
We got a voice mail letting us know it was our fault for not telling the teller why we were there.
We had to wait for this appointment because she was on vacation, you'd think she knew we were her first appointment after her trip.
1 star here is too many. -5 would have been my choice.

Frozen my bank account for trying to make a online transaction it been over 30 day with out any infomationwhen they will return it it is my ssn payment for the US government don't recommend

Went in there Saturday morning with my two small children to exchange their coins for dollars. Waited in line for 20 minutes with no communication from teller. When it was our turn she went to help the other teller, and just stood there and stared at her computer. When I asked how long it would be she said it would take a while. She was helping customers in the drive-thru in between. What a waste of time.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. We deposited a check in the ATM and were told the next day that since it was a 2 party check, they had to mail it back to us. We waited the required days, watched the addresses they supposedly sent it to(though for some reason they could not tell us the address they used) and still no check. Finally called the corporate number and they said that the branch should have been able to get us a reprint the day after this all started! Called the branch and was told their manager was the only one who could do that and she was gone for a week. Called the day after she was supposed to be back and the manager was gone for the day already and hadn't dealt with this outstanding issue at all and they said "try again tomorrow". So, we originally deposited a check in the middle of August and it is now September 10, and we still have no answer! I will encourage EVERY PERSON I talk to about this to never use this bank.....obviously this branch is run by incompetent people and the corporate people are not much better.

Opened a new account and was told would have to wait a few days to hear back. The Branch has unexpectadly closed WITHOUT notice! It has been over a week since signing all the papers and I have not received a call or email informing me about the status of my account. Very unprofessional! Then drove 42 mins to the Delavan branch where the teller was less than helpful! Very disappointment with the way the new relationship with this bank has started.
