We had a complicated family situation to deal with. Mr. Ferguson's support and that of his staff made a huge positive difference in addressing our concerns and reaching a successful resolution. They showed us respect and caring which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the R.M. Ferguson Funeral Service to others seeking a high quality and affordable experience.

Mr. Ferguson and his team did a wonderful job with my mother, Henri Parham's funeral. They really went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless, compassionate and not to mention cost effective. I received at least four times the value for his services at less than half the cost of what I paid for another relative's service at a larger corporate funeral home.

Haven't done an actual service yet, just pre planned a service with them.
Very professional, accommodating and most importantly reasonably priced!

If i could give them 100 stars I would I had never dealt with funeral services before but they made everything so easy & answered every question I had Celene was GREAT we loved her she made us feel like family … & we appreciate everything she did for us … they will also take great care of your loved one I deff recommend you to get services with them for your loved one! MR. Ferguson did my cousin Latosha Joof funeral on 08/04/23. His services was excellent. I can see him now with taking over the community with his business. I was very surprised with the way they handle her service ❤❤❤❤

My mother inlaw unexpectedly passed away, I reached out to them , and they were very compassionate and gave us straightforward pricing, and never tried to add anything extra .
They definitely don't care about money , they care about people and take pride in what they do.

The owner was very sweet and understanding. He served us very well! He made us feel very comfortable leaving our loved one in his care. He did a wonderful job and quality work. This was are first time using him and I would 100% recommend him!

I just want to thank R.M. Ferguson Funeral Home for serving me at my time of need. I live here in Northern Virginia and my brother passed in Raleigh. I was not able to be there to take care of things in person. Ms. Rhonda walked me through ever step from beginning to end. Every thing was taken care of in a timely manner and so professionally. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone in need of service for their loved one. R.M. Ferguson was tremendous help to us when our son passed away in Raleigh. We live in a different state and they went above and beyond our expectations in answering all our questions over numerous phone calls and emails, giving us support and helping us with all the requests we had. We reached out to Ferguson Funeral Home and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ms. Rhonda. She showed such compassion and helped us through all the plans that fit our needs.
