I had by far the best car buying experience here! Adrian was exceptional! He wasn't salesy or pushy, but gave me good professional advice catered to my specific situation. Through his guidance and ability to serve well I was able to get a brand new car that matched perfectly to my desired preferences and expected needs. We spent about 6 hours getting the best deal because I am always thorough when it comes to these things! Adrian displayed great patience acknowledging the importance of my input. Everyone here was willing to help! I enjoyed the catering atmosphere! If you go ask for Adrian McCrae! He is great!

My salesman was Daniel Sanchez that sold me my new RAV4. He was awesome in helping me find the vehicle I wanted with certain features , colors etc. I was a little picky and he had the patience to help get what I wanted in a vehicle. Jessica Rice, Abdul Ali and Solomon Dunston were the Dream team to work with. This was the first non carmax car I’ve bought and I was nervous about going into a dealership since I’ve heard all kinds of horror stories, but after doing research on the car I wanted and working with Jessica over the phone and email I felt comfortable working with Lieth Toyota. Jessica was extremely patient and willing to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted, she listened and didn’t give me the run around like others. Ali was my sales rep, he was extremely informative and professional, he even helped me set up my car with the App! Solomon the Finance manager never made me feel pressured into a decision and made my experience super easy. 10/10 would recommend!

Leith was by far the best dealership we worked with in Raleigh. We wanted a very specific 4Runner and were not able to find one locally so Kyra, our wonderful sales associate was able to find the exact one we wanted and traded another dealership and got the car here in under two weeks. The entire staff was great to work with, answered any questions, and never tried to lead us in the wrong direction or take advantage of us as first time car buyers. I just bought my third new car from Leith Toyota. I bought my first car in 2017, my second car in 2019 because there were new electronic features, and my third car a week ago in December 2023. I continue to return to Leith Toyota because I truly trust them to give me the best car that fits my needs, the best deal on trade-in and financing, and excellent service for as long as I own the car. In these last six years, I have never been disappointed. They are a terrific Toyota dealership and service company where you can trust the individuals who are helping you to do their best.

Jamar was great! Very easy to get along with and made the process smooth even though it took hours to make the deal work for both side. He never pressured us or made us feel forced into anything. I would recommend asking for him if your looking for a new Toyota!

Charles Adler made the car buying process seamless. He was never pushy, was patient while I was trying to make up my mind. He is knowledge about all the differences in vehicles. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

Great Customer Service. Carter B. The Service Rep assigned to me was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, super polite, and explained everything. The location is very convenient. It wasn’t as crowded today so my waiting time wasn’t bad at all. Spacious and well lighted waiting area plus an assigned enclosed space for kids with their own tv plus toys/books. They also have 2 large free coffee/Tea/Chocolate machines plus filtered water. Snack vending machine and 2 soda machines. I do miss the butter popcorn though…

Fantastic dealership, the sales reps didn't feel like hawks. We were offered a better trade in value that 3 other dealerships, they were very professional, and had the customers satisfaction in their best interest. Jeffery Smith was awesome to work with and has since called to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and had no regrets. He's a great guy!

I came in about two weeks ago and bought a Highlander XLE from Jeff. The process was very easy and my experience was great! Any questions I had he answered them and even stayed after hours to make sure my deal was done. This is definitely a 5 star dealership and they are lucky to have Jeff on board!

We had a great purchase experience at Leith. Phillip Cochran our sales professional was just that professional, knowledgeable and a treat to work with. I will definitely return to Leith if I need to buy a Toyota and Phillip will be my go too salesperson! Stanley in finance was great and a pleasure to work with as well. My daughter loves the new Corolla Cross so much so she won't let us take it to the beach because we'll get sand in it. We as parent feel great knowing she is start with a car with all the safety feature and you can't beat a Toyota for reliability. This is the fourth Toyota that I have owned and I am telling you right now, I am never parting with my Tacoma. There is a better truck made in my opinion, love, love it!

KC Nnochiri was my salesperson. He did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to get my deal done and even stayed after hours to finish up making sure it was all taken care of.
