I’ve worked with Lisa on 2 home sales and she has been quite amazing to work with. Both homes were single family homes that were prior rental properties. Each home required a good amount of work to get them ready to go to market since the tenants generally do not take good care of rental homes. I live out of state and I really didn’t have the time or desire to travel to and from the Charlotte area to prepare the homes for listing. I needed someone I could trust and depend on and I found that in Lisa. She was incredible from our first conversation and I knew she was going to be the best realtor to help me with the transactions. She has a reliable network of contractors who are able to perform things like painting, carpet, handyman work, landscaping, etc. at reasonable prices. Within about 2 weeks my homes were ready and looked amazing. The first home she sold for me was in 2019 and the home was in the Indian Trail area. We had a contract in place on the first day! I was very happy with the deal and Lisa ensured that the transaction moved along even when we ran into a few issues before closing. The 2nd property she sold for me was in 2021 in the Steel Creek area. Once again, I had multiple offers and I ended up getting around 10% over asking. Lisa once again did her magic and managed the deal and ensured we closed on time. I never once had to travel to Charlotte. I highly recommend that you give Lisa a call when you are ready to buy or sell a home. My elderly parents finally decided to sell their home. Being in another state I was concerned about this process for them. My parents wisely chose Lisa Holden for their realtor and she was a true blessing. She treated them like her own parents; she truly cares about people. Lisa handled numerous offers with ease and sold the house in a week. There was nothing Lisa wouldn't do to help my parents from moving furniture to sending my mother a pair of earrings she had left in the house. Lisa is a true talent and one of a kind.
