Julie is the best realtor. She helped write up an offer at the last minute on a Sunday evening for us. She is very knowledgeable of both South and North Carolina areas and was such a great help with every aspect of buying a home. Working with Jan Teel when buying our first home was a solid experience. She takes control of the process and makes the everything so simple for the home buyer. She helped us quickly find the home we dreamed of, and took care of all the details making the experience smooth and simple. This was a year and a half ago.
Most recently we decided to venture into buying investment property. She was quick in getting us set up with viewings, and we found the house we wanted on the first day. Unfortunately, we had issues with the mortgage and things fell through. Even though we have decided to hold off on purchasing an investment proper at the moment, Jan made sure she did all the follow up to get the money we put down back. She made sure all the details were taken care of even though she didn't benefit from the process. She cares about her clients, and is highly professional.

Selling my first home and purchasing another was a breeze with Jan, Dale and Julie! Jan’s experience and knowledge with what repairs were needed, overseeing that the repairs were done correctly and making the necessary updates to get the value out of my home was truly a blessing! If every company worked like this laws and licenses wouldn’t be necessary. They truly have the best intentions for their client, regardless of their knowledge about home repairs! We had been ripped off by contractors who did shoddy work and then they disappeared, or blamed something else and then disappeared. When selling my house I truly thought I had major plumbing and possibly electrical problems because of bathroom tiles that cracked and knocking pipes. It turned out it was a simple fix and my house was actually in great shape for its age. Teel realty had the experience and knowledge to navigate the world of contractors who can operate without impunity and they also taught us a lot along the way! They really do hold your hand throughout the whole experience, I can’t recommend them enough.

Jan Teel's diligence is unparalleled. She makes her clients feel at ease as she rolls up her sleeves and gets involved in the nitty gritty that most wouldn't even consider.
