Its so beautiful & peaceful here. They've done a lot of work to the roads & made it really welcoming. We love to take the kids and enjoy the sunset!

A park with a spectacular view of Riverdale, Ogden, and the Air Force jets coming in for a landing. Terraced areas and multiple parking levels. A beautiful place.

Big open park, baseball, soccer, football fields. Volleyball sand box and basketball court. Nice playground and lots of beautiful trees, grass, flowers, birds and places to explore! You can walk around the whole park and its beautiful. I grew up in this park and my son played recreational sports here. We've held birthday parties with the convenience of lots of tables that are covered right next to the playground!
This park is easy to spend a few hours at especially with kids because there is just so much space and different activities to do.
Also one of the best places to watch the sunset! Highly recommend.

Always a nice place to take your family for a picnic, or any other activities. It comes with a great view of the valley too. When the snow comes it has some of the best sledding anywhere in Ogden. Or even sliding down the hill on cardboard. The city has banned ice blocking. But that's no big.

We live nearby, so we often walk to this park to enjoy a good game of kickball or frisbee in one of the fields, watch the sunset, go sledding or play on the playground and swings. They repaved the road and parking lots last year and added a parking lot on the north end. It's a nice place to go with the family or alone for a moment of peace and reflection.

This looks like it might be a grand park. It is hard to tell, because I was here in winter time. Even then the kiddos were having a great time riding there snow sleds down one of the hills. The park is set up for many sports: baseball, football and soccer. I even noticed horseshoe pits. Gawd, I haven't played horses in years. To me, one of the parks greatest attractions is that it overlooks not only Riverdale, but Ogden too. People should be able to get marvelous photo of both those places and mountains as well. My only complaint is that the parks is weak on picnic tables.

I've been going to this park ever since I was a kid. The view is absolutely stunning -- you can see the entire town. The water fountains work. Plenty of trees and lots of space. Probably my favorite park.

My only complaint is the local sherrifs that tend to loiter here on their break. No one likes police around; it kills the tranquility that this place has and brings a "serious" vibe. There's no need to patrol this place, and I think they do it so they can get away from doing actual work.

Best sledding hill around. Can get a bit crowded and dangerous when the ice forms and the ramps are built from previous day sledders, but the space is large enough to find a spot to suit your sledding wishes. I might not recommend it for small children or without adult supervision.

Fun park. Tons of space so when it's busy it doesn't feel busy. The park is fun for kiddos and there's great shade and grass area for sitting while they play.
