We were extremely pleased with the work they did on our vehicle. They were very helpful and informed us of some major issues we did not know about. Our vehicle runs like it's brand new again and repairs were well worth the price. Great communication from them and they finished on time.

I got my oil changed here and they did a great job, even lubricated my hood latch so my hood open light finally went off. They also take pictures of everything they check and send it to the customer. Nick at the front desk was great. Thanks guys!

With me not able to do the work anymore I opted to find the best shop anywhere around the region and found one of the best (based on reviews and customer feedback) right here in the same town I live. They went above and beyond for installing my custom Carli Suspension kit with meticulous measurements and getting everything installed perfectly and to specification. For the amount of work involved the price was very reasonable and the turn-around time was pretty quick. I cannot say enough great things and will always keep their number handy!

They charge very fair prices, and it took them only 2 days to fix my entire break system, and they did a fantastic job.

I can't say enough about St Croix automotive! This place is excellent. Nick was very awesome in the phone telling what needed to be done. It took a lot for me to bring my car in as it's a 78 nova. I usually do all the work myself so to hand it over to them took a lot of trust. The guys there did an awesome job! If I need repairs on my daily or any of my vehicles I know I can trust them!

I recently had my brakes bled here and the customer service was great. I usually don’t write reviews but this shop treated me amazing and the issue with my truck was resolved 5 days sooner than expected! If I ever need anything else I won’t hesitate to go back. This place is truly amazing and provides fantastic customer service. Last year my car’s transmission was acting up. I brought my car here to have it looked at. I was contacted shortly after to be informed that there was an issue with my TCM and that they had already contacted my dealer for me to check and see if my car was within the miles for a warranty. The car was thankfully within the miles and St. Croix auto had already given the local dealer my name and contact information. I didn’t have to do a thing. This already told me that they care about their customers and have no intentions of taking your money like other auto shops. Just recently my car’s AC wasn’t working due to an excess amount of Freon in the system. I had called around to get different quotes from nearby shops. They all quoted me within 200 and above to have the Freon simply drained to its optimal level. After calling St. Croix auto for their quote, they gave me a quote 100 dollars cheaper then every other place. I dropped my car off this morning, and had it back within a few hours to be told the service was complete. Their lot is always full, but don’t let this scare you away. The cars on their lot are waiting for parts to come in. So don’t get scared away thinking your car is going to take forever to get worked on. I had only called the other day to schedule an appointment, and I already have the car back and it is working great! If there is any place to bring your car, it is here.

These reviews were the selling point for me to make the decision and bring my car here. The bad reviews are like a needle in a haystack. As a first time customer, St. Croix Automotive did such a wonderful job explaining what was wrong, the time it would take for parts to arrive. I did call for an update, and they were able to answer when they could see them being done with the work. The communication, the work and all the transparency, definitely coming back for future work. St. Croix Auto is the best repair shop in our area. They are very honest and trustworthy. They are great mechanics and fairly priced. I have had multiple cars repaired there and also an engine replacement. I will keep coming back. I highly recommend them for your auto needs

Great service!! battery light was coming on during the day. Message them and said we were dropping vehicle off for them to service even thou we knew they were busy and probably wouldnt get to it til the following week. They managed to get it in the following day to look at it, gave us a call and were able to order parts so they could replace the alternator the following week.

They do great work here. They are honest, have fair prices, and are super nice to work with. They have always been straight with me on what needs to be done and have not tried to add on additional services. I appreciate them being quick (when they can!) and doing quality work. I had transmission issues in October 2022 with my 2003 GMC envoy. Not knowing where I should take it, I decided to try St. Croix Automotive. An appointment was made for a diagnosis the very next morning. At 8:30am the technician invited me to ride along for evaluation. It was determined that my transmission needed replacement. From that point forward, St Croix Auto made all the arrangements for a replacement in a timely manner. The installation was done in a day, and I couldn't be happier with their service. All the associates I spoke to were open with any questions I had. 2 months later I found fluid leak and returned to St Croix to see if it was transmission related. An appointment was made and a diagnosis revealed rack & pinion fluid line had a small leak. I made the call not to fix at this time and was ready to pay for the diagnostic service. To my surprise, I was told No Charge. I even protested but was told Merry Christmas. I will return for future repairs and recommend to any who ask. Dan S.

Saint Croix automotive has been my auto repair specialist for years. They are professional, honest and always fit me in to their busy schedule. On more than one occasion, I came in, letting them know about a problem that I had only to find out that was not the case and they were honest enough to tell me it was something very minor. You don’t see that a lot with automotive establishments. I highly recommend them For any auto care need.

Did a great job replacing oil cooler on 2016 jeep. Price was slightly lower than other service shops in the area. Great professional service. Definitely would recommend.

Great work done on my Volvo. Very communicative and worked with my schedule and finances to get my car back on the road. Good rates for labor and even left my car exterior clean. Will be coming back for more work in the future.
