I have dealt with different insurance companies. I have to say that Wendy Peterson's State Farm office, Hudson Wi. Is by far the best one I have dealt with. My agent Mandi Baney is a terrific agent ! Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and joy to work with. Very polite! Great customer service. In fact the whole staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I recommend this particular State Farm office for your insurance needs.

Wendy's office has always done a great job when I call and request information or have filed a claim. Everyone I've asked a question has either answered it or has gotten it from another source . Wendy has always taken care of my insurance needs. I would recommend using her for your agent.

I just recently moved to Hudson and my son suggested I break from my prior insurance company of 13+ years and get a quote with his company - State Farm. Checked out reviews and selected Wendy Peterson’s agency because of high ratings/reviews and location convenience. I worked with Matt Rudquist who was extremely responsive, patient and very thorough. After doing a side by side comparison with my old insurance company, I decided that the BEST customer service and coverage value for my car and renters coverage were with Matt and State Farm. They care about the person, the customer. We needed the support of State Farm and they showed that they were there like they told us. The personal support was great, from their hearts, on every site or department.
No matter how many times we called, how many times we asked questions, we needed to learn, they were there, smiling and glad to answer.
We don't want to leave anyone behind, but we don't know all the names, but Matt and Jennifer were our strong pillars over there.

I've been with Wendy Peterson State Farm for over 17 years and I cannot recommend them enough. I always get a very helpful staff member who clearly explains everything to me and looks to get the best rates for us. They are all very responsive to messages and emails. Not once have I had to follow up on anything. Wendy and her staff are top guns — super responsive and knowledgeable. Wendy’s agency has handled my auto and business insurance for over eight years, and they do a terrific job. Business insurance requirements can get kind of hairy, but this crew always finds a solution to any problems that I run into. Well run ship.
