Always love this place. Usually go on busy weekends, was kind of nice to enjoy on a quieter weekday. Blood orange jalapeño margaritas is the best.

Very nice restaurant with great service and very delicious food.
We had some breakfast, brunch and lunch food. All made with good quality ingredients. Definitely a stop worth.

All 5 stars for the food, service, and atmosphere!!! We shared the ginger stir fry, and the jerk chicken mole enchiladas. It was fantastic! We will most definitely be back, and I can't wait to try other items.

If you’re reading this review and haven’t eaten here yet, ask yourself why? What’s holding you back, the Minnesota winter or slow start to summer? This place is outstanding and if you have been to the real San Pedro in Belize, you’ll totally get this menu. If you haven’t, well they still have other more standard stuff including excellent barbecue chicken pizza. The jalapeño blood orange margarita and the angry mule drinks are must have if you like a spicy drink. I’m thrilled that this place continues to do well in little old Hudson and keeps serving amazing drinks and food.

Edit: Feb 2024, still fantastic. The shrimp ceviche was a little off, maybe the shrimp was not fresh, but otherwise everything was excellent including the drinks and chicken mole enchiladas.

Had an excellent experience with Easter Sunday Brunch. Very friendly and attentive service from Sophia. We shared the Island Omelet and a Cinnamon Roll, both delicious. Also appreciated the high quality coffee from Roastery 7. Food came out promptly. Atmosphere on the covered patio was nice.

Update: returned a few after covid for in person dining. Really like this place. Restaurant is cozy, but nice inside and out. Service was great and attentive for how busy they were. Food continues to be super flavorful...havent had much I didn't like. Chowder was great and not too heavy, salmon curry was delicious, and still love jalapeno and blood orange margaritas. Will continue to come back!

Came during covid and got pickup...so this is just a food and drink review. The scallops appetizer was bomb! Such great flavors. I also got the blackened fish tacos which were good. Finally, I got the jalapeno blood orange margaritas which were some of the favorite I have ever had...no joke. Can't wait to come back and eat in person and try more food. The service was also very friendly correcting the ordering error I made on the margaritas (only ordered the mix and not with the tequila).

Stopped by San Pedro Cafe. Seanna and Bree were awesome at the bar and the cocktails had great flavor and the presentation was like at a high end cocktail bar. I greatly enjoyed the St. Croix Rum Old Fashioned. We ordered the Ceviche and Jerk Chicken Nachos and the food was fresh and delicious. We will be back forsure.

I came here on crutches with a boot on in July, we sat outside on the patio, it was easy to get to, they were accommodating and that new pergola kept me cool in the thick of 90 degree weather. That aside, the service was great and the food… I have been searching for good Caribbean food for a few years now and this is the best I’ve had to date. We had the ahi tuna lettuce wraps and the cast iron chicken (jerked) wrap with shrimp and lobster dip appetizer, I also noted that many dishes were gluten free. Thank you for the great time San Pedro’s Cafe and shout out to my girlfriend for the excellent suggestion! Also, they now have a tapas joint next door that I will need to try. Patios adjoining.

Took my sister in law here for her birthday. Our food was wonderful. Duck nachos are a must. Couple of concerns-it is so loud that it's almost impossible to carry on a conversation. We were seated in the small center island booths and there was nowhere to put our coats or purses so they had to stay on our laps the entire meal. They kept slipping off. With just fall coats, it was somewhat doable, but if one had a huge winter jacket, it wouldn't work. A side booth would be better, but I understand that it was busy and they put groups on larger booths. But overall, it's a wonderful restaurant. I've been going here occasionally since it opened. The food is always wonderful. And our waitress was very good.

Our waiter Cole was great. We visited on a Sunday night and in the outside room. Ribs and Jamaican Chicken were amazing. Food came out hot and timely. Cole did a great job even though he had a a lot of tables. Love the Spicy Chicolate desert!

Our waitress was amazing!!! We ordered the nachos and we absolutely loved it. The mango drinks are really phenomenal too.

Some great flavor and spice in their food. You also gain access to cuisine not typically served in the upper Midwest, and it’s phenomenal!

My friends and I cannot say enough about San Pedros, extremely impressed.
This restaurant was recommended by many to us, however our first time here.
Celebrating our friends' birthday and after the worst experience ever at Mallory's we headed down the road. Upon walking in the door, great atmosphere. The hostess told us a table would be 45min-1 hr, but we were welcome to sit at bar - awesome! The bartender was very nice and knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

We all enjoyed our margaritas (blood orange) and mojitos (pink guava).
The chicken nachos under Starters was delicious, super good guacamole.

The manager, Riley, was a peach! Like the nicest, patient, kind and easy going restaurant staff personnel I have ever encountered, even with a full bar and full restaurant. They clearly know what they are doing as the place ran like a well-oiled machine, lots of smiles and laughs and everyone enjoying themselves.
Riley, the manager, chatted with us multiple times and gave us a thorough rundown of the menu and answered any questions we had.
She was wonderful, the bartender was laid back and chill and makes great drinks.

The food was phenomenal. Steak Tacos, Chicken Penne Pasta, Cuban Meatloaf.
Oh and to top it off, Riley offered our friend a FREE slice of key lime pie for her birthday, which was delicious too!

We will DEFINITELY be back, some locals told us about the patio and that San Pedros brunch is VERY good too!

Oml this food was sooooo good! Probably the best we have ever had. The mango mojito was top notch as was the service! We will be back again?

What a great experience. My brother and wife took us here. We planned on eating outside and we ate in a unique patio area. You will be able to go year round. This unique design has louvered roof with heaters, side panels that each raise as you want outside in(great weather day) or down to keep weather out. Looks like two spacious multi table rooms. They raised a few pannels before leaving. But the food is the star. Aurora was so attentive. Our chicken Chile penne ordered mild and spicy. The ginger stir fry with carne was enjoyed by brother. I had the shrimp St Croix, has a punch. We look forward to returning.

Hands down... The best food I've had in years. The nachos.... Amazing. No joke. Best I've ever had. Ridiculous. Jerk chicken pene (VERY SpICY!) Was amazing as well. Such a unique flavor. Nothing bad at all about it. So good. And out server, Kenzie, so helpful and friendly. A+ service from her and the things she recommended were one point. Gonna come back. Gonna tell everyone how good it was. Could not be happier.

Wow! I am ashamed that I’ve lived in River Falls for a year and a half and had never been to SAN PEDRO CAFE! Tonight we had the Aruba Pizza & Adobo Ribs and they were amazing! We received exceptional service from Cece our server and enjoyed the high quality kitchen staff as entertainment during our meal at the kitchen bar top. They perform at a high level here and I couldn’t recommend this place any more!

Update: we went for our second visit and it confirmed what we felt on our first- this place has consistently good food, (we had the feast for two) and service, and the outdoor seating had us feeling like we were on vacation. Thanks San Pedro Cafe!

We got there for lunch on a Wednesday just after opening at 11. The staff was already cheerful and smiling. We sat on the terrace which was beautiful and comfortable. Lettuce wraps for our app were flavorful and had us making lots of mmm noises. He had street tacos which he downed in a flash. I had cabbage quesos which were good but gave me indigestion which is rare for me. I still have to rate this place 5 stars because the flavors, friendly staff, and festive atmosphere were all so brilliant.

It was my first time visiting a Caribbean restaurant but boy!! I am amazed. Very friendly staff, and this little heaven is right at the border of MN and WI and we discovered it during our staycation at a nearby airbnb. Reservations are required but you can walk in to, we did and got a table at kitchen counter (which was not at all bad) in-fact that was great we got to see the chef in action.
Delicious food and nice cocktails. You should try their specialty menu, we tried Ginger stir fry and Jamaican Jerk Chicken from it and it was mouth watering. The mango vinegratte they use for specialty dishes is simply amazing.

Michael and Sam are killing it! Awesome drinks! I’m excited to see what’s next on the menu!
