Pedro's del Este

This was the first time at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere the service but most of all the pizza! We ordered the combo 18 inch pizza, it was more than enough for the three of us. The sauce they use in a pizza is spectacular, we opted to sprinkle a little red pepper to spice it up.

Excellent pizza, meatballs, bread, drinks and cheesecake which is what we had. Service was excellent and the place is so cute and great atmosphere. Thanks for a delicious evening.

Love the consistent experience we have here. The food is fantastic, but the people make the experience. Mitchell and Sam are amazing bartenders, and Lisa and Rachelle keep us coming back. Love this place and happy to make it a regular spot.

I am beyond impressed with Pedro's del Este, such a great addition to Hudson. Having a small plates restaurant right in my hometown makes me so happy. The ambiance of the restaurant is what I noticed when I first walked in. Unlike other Hudson restaurants it's dimly lit and has a very small amount of tables. The bar is unique, taking up most of the restaurant space. I decided to try the Sopas Rancheros, Empanadas and Taco Semanal. People told me that the portions were small and it was expensive but I'd argue that the pricing and portion size is spot on. I loved everything I ordered and plan on returning in the future, especially now with the added patio seating. I highly recommend stopping in.

What an awesome place. It really exceeded expectations.

Our server was excellent. She was knowledgeable and kind.

We sat out on the patio. It's one of the nicer patios we've experienced. There was plenty of shade with the very high tech tech canopy structure that surrounded the patio. We still got enough sun. The music provided great vibes.

The inside of the establishment looked very pleasant, and clean (including the bathroom).

Our food was very good. And the price points were very generous.

Our drinks were great as well, and paired very nicely with our dishes.

We will definitely be back.

Mind blowing! This place has everything you are looking for in a Tapas bar dining experience. The tapas are exceptional, the atmosphere is quaint yet upscale feeling, the service is amazing and the chefs prepare creative and delicious tapas right in front of you! The evening I was there, which was on a Thursday evening, they had a live guitar performer playing cuban guitar songs. They also have a selection of local craft beers. It was an awesome experience to eat there! I would definitely recommend this little gem of a place for any date night or an evening with friends. I'm definitely coming back soon!

Had some drinks and appetizers here with another couple during Happy Hour. It is a nice little spot for that. Service was very good and the appetizers tasty. We all would gladly return to Pedro's del Este in the future.

Wonderful tapas menu. Sampled many items, sticky wings were awesome. Nice patio area reasonably priced cocktail 🍸 prices and choices.

What a relaxing vibe. We could have sat here all night. Low lighting and enjoyable music. This place matches atmosphere with complexity of dynamic flavors. The dishes had many flavors that all worked with eachother to create an amazing taste. I almost forgot to mention the outdoor patio. Super relaxing place with excellent feeling. Must go just don't tell everyone. ;) local secret.

The food was great. We had breakfast next door the following day and it's also great. Prices are very fair. Minneapolis equivalent would charge much more. Highly recommend this place.

Good atmosphere, nice patio, great service, and wonderful food. Only one complaint food side - the new snap peas dish had great flavor in the sauce, but the peas themselves had not been de-stringed and were extremely woody. A little tweaking to the prep for that dish would make it perfect.

The tacos semenal, cauliflower, soup, walleye, and skirt steak were all very delicious. Mezcal and blackberry cocktail wonderful, so was the hibiscus mule.

Probably the best priced hot tapas date you can get within 60 miles. The service was also *extremely* fast. Some people might be bothered by how rapid fire our food came out but I loved it.

Rivals some of the best tapas places I've been in Chicago and DC. Amazing food (to be expected from San Pedro owners, lol).

I'm a bit saddened by current menu which doesn't have the number of choices past year's menus had but food is tasty (and they could just have a limited menu starting up from COVID closure).

This place is so good!! Every dish was excellent, wish we had known about it sooner and had more time in town to try every dish and every drink.

Cute cozy place. Next to lots of little shops. Brunch was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I really enjoyed the non traditional brunch flavors. The bartender was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for dinner.

Patio open in the winter. Just had Sunday brunch. Started with the blood orange Carmel roll, obviously. Favorite thing is Sunday morning cocktails. Did not disappoint there either. Food was good all around. Support this business.

Fabulous spot for a date. A nice escape from the January cold. We look forward to trying their Sunday Brunch. The sticky wings were delicious.
