Our new Sales Rep, Tim Jones, is hands down the most helpful, understanding and responsive Sales Rep that I have had across carriers for the past 10 years. He definitely deserves recognition. He isn't your typical pushy ltl salesman who disappears when you need help. R&L also has competetive rates and many reasonably priced expedited options that I utilize weekly for hot shipments.
