I love this place! Bradley is a great doc! He truly cares about his patients and always gives great care! Alyson is also amazing! She is so sweet and always gets us in last minute if we are sick. I appreciate how above and beyond they always go to care for my family.

I called to see if they had an appointment available as several other places didn’t. They got me in right away. The office manager was very nice and very efficient. The Dr. was awesome he had a great personality/bed side manner and he quickly diagnosed me and sent prescriptions right away. I will be coming back here again.

Dr Bradley Rains is a great doctor who listens and really cares for you . I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great place to better health to make an appointment at UR Family Clinic . The receptionist is outstanding and is prompt on returning calls and getting you in as soon as possible. Dr. Rains is an exceptional doctor who listens to your concerns and explains things in away that you understand. caring and compassionate is UR Family Clinic !

I feel fortunate to have Bradley looking after my family. He's knowledgeable and experienced and has always provided us with the best care. He has a light-headed bedside manner and he listens. His office staff is very friendly and efficient. They never keep me waiting for anything. Thank you to both Bradley and Allison for the great care.

Bradley's the best doctor I've ever had and Alison is always nice. They take the time to talk to you and let you know what you need to do, but most importantly they hear
what you want.

Couldn't ask for better medical care. I have always been seen quickly and been treated appropriately. Myself and both my daughters have finally found a good local family practice to care for our medical needs.

Bradley is a great doctor I went in so sick yesterday but he took his time and put me on the path to healing and Allison is so nice and pleasant,I have found the perfect clinic I'm a 3 time lung cancer survivor, copd and depression and anxiety they are able to meet all of my needs #Texas

By far the best clinic in the area. They are fast, efficient and will work with your insurance. Normal turn around time in and out is less than 30 minutes.
