QDOBA Mexican Eats

My nephew actually convinced me to try this place months ago after it opened in janesville. I was very skeptical 🫤 but it turns out I truly enjoy the food. I personally love getting the streak bowl, with extra steak and then black bean, brown rice, and any other side I choose. There's many different choices, and you can make it how you want it. The restaurant is small but has plenty of seating. Great workers.

I came in yesterday and a
gentleman made me my bowl. He was very upbeat, great attitude, and made a great bowl. He must be newer, because I come in pretty regularly, and this is only my 2nd time seeing him. As soon as I walked in he stopped what he was doing to greet me and get started on my food. A+ service. Not many employees here that stop to greet me like this. I hope this is a step in the right direction. I enjoy the food here always, but don't enjoy the dirty tables and not so great service. I got my lunch to go today, but it didn't look as dirty as it usually does. I appreciate a clean place to eat, and I hope to be able to dine in again soon. Sorry I didn't get his name to recognize him.

Very good! Friendly employees, fresh and hot ingredients, good location for traveling through. We enjoy Qdoba for the free guacamole and lots of sauce options.

The cashier was lovely and we bonded over Star Wars and Goodwill finds. I wish I knew what her name was so I could give her a shout out. But I know she loved Star Wars

I was in a few weeks ago for a delicious lunch! Qdoba is always good! I wanted to let the managers know how wonderful both K.J and Adrianna are! They said they work at the Beloit location but were helping out in Janesville that day. They were both so friendly and kind and made my day! They both had awesome attitudes and served each customer with so much care. I'm sure you appreciate having workers like them because they are rare treasures! Thank you K. J. and Adrianna! Hope to see you again sometime!

Order was correct. They don't cheat you on portions like their competitors do. Super friendly as well.

I don't tend to rate chains on their food unless they really mess up. As they all taste the same to me if done right. So for me what makes a chain location truly great is it's service. I eat here a lot probably more then I should. Nearly every time has been at least professional and efficient. If not just a complete pleasure. Big fan and will continue to be a frequent customer.

I probably eat here 3-4 times a week for lunch. Staff is friendly and assist me with my orders promptly. If they happen to be busy they are apologetic for the wait.

Two things I would add:

Firstly that the tables need to be wiped off more frequently. Always a table with “food” left on it.

And

I would have is that there Coke Machine is down more than McDonalds shake machine. Not their fault but it’s just something I’ve noticed coming here.

Not knocking any stars for that though.

Good place to stop for a quick burrito. Pretty clean and the staff had always been very polite to me.

I just went there, 9/14 at 11am. It was amazing! The food was great and the lady there was so sweet. She looked like the only one there and was really nice and even complimented my hair! Definately going back

First time eating there today. Riese was the manager on duty. She was very friendly and informative. She took the time to make sure we had a great experience even when the soda machine was acting up and not working. She offered us a bottled drink while she worked on getting the machine working again. Way to go Reise! We enjoyed the food(everything was fresh and tasty) and we will be back again.

I placed an order using the app. It was very user friendly. Walked in and my food was ready to go! Friendly staff and delicious food.

The guy working the counter and answering the phone on Oct 15th at 9pm was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted so close to closing time. Seriously blown away by him going above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Very fresh food. Allowed to make it your way. Excellent service. Love the place. It so good that i bought a extra meal so i could have it the next day. Really good warmed up.
