Carter's has saved the day twice with my daughters Hyundai Tucson by quickly diagnosing and repairing ignition issues as well as doing brake job and oil change. Unbelievably efficient and affordable, they are our go to shop. So blessed to have such an exemplary shop we can trust when she is so far from home. Thank you so much Carter's!!!!!

I brought my car in several months ago and I greatly appreciated the way I was treated. The work was done well, it was done quickly, and it was priced reasonably, so when my nieces got stranded in Nephi last night with car troubles on their way through Utah on a road trip, I suggested they have it towed all the way to Carter’s in the middle of the night. By noon the next day, those girls were back on the road with new CV Boots and a lot of peace of mind. I appreciated the great service and quality work provided with a big dose of understanding of their difficult circumstance.

Carter’s is so amazing they’re an honest family business that will be honest about what’s going on with your car. And they won’t add more “Car Problems” just to get more money out of their customers which is refreshing.

I've used Carter's a few times now for On the Spot emissions and renewals and always had a great experience.

This morning, I drove up and asked if they could fit me in, I was immediately directed to door 2 and told it would take about 8 minutes. About 8 minutes later, they were done, and I paid and was on my way.

The staff are friendly and responsive and have never minded me asking questions about issues with my other vehicles.

Carter’s got me in right away today for a brake job. I’ve been coming here for years with several different vehicles, and they’ve always been honest with me, offered good quality service, and fair and reasonable prices.

We have been using this shop for a long time. They are always fast with the repair and we’ve never had a problem with their repairs. Their repairs are usually much cheaper than other places as well. They don’t play games with you. They just get the job done fast and send you on your way.

I have been to Carter's twice now - once to replace a faulty alternator and today to check my brake system and replace all of the rotors and brakes on my Accord. Like many other reviewers on here I have been pleasantly suprised at the speed of service as well as the very reasonable pricing. They are no frills - get the job done and from what I have seen they do a very good job. I would recommend if you want a trusty down to earth mechanic. It is also nice supporting a small family business right down the block from where I live.

Came in for a simple emissions test and the young lady was finished probably 5 minutes later! Impressive

I have a 2017 Hyundai so obviously she could’ve found about a million things wrong with it. Coolant leak, oil burning, premature engine failure, other repairs needed which I can’t afford on this outing.

Yet didn’t try to upsell me on anything else besides what I came in for. Jiffy lube should take a note lol

Carter's always fits us in quickly for very reasonable prices. It is true that they will sometimes turn down complicated repairs, so I do go to other shops sometimes. But Carter's can always be counted on to get simple jobs done quickly and easily
