Poland Creek Recreation Area

I was there to fish in a tournament, but I did check out the campground. It was really clean and well kept. Even the boat dock and parking area were clean. There is a one dollar fee to use the boat dock. However, you can fish there in the day use area from the bank.

It's another long awaited vacation at Poland Creek. With everything that has been going on, the one thing that we look for is a " constant". Something that you know, love and trust. Something that you know that will take your ails away, even if for just a short time. We come here to Poland Creek Campground every year and without fail, when the sun came up on the lake. " All was right in the world and there was finally peace and calm." Absolutely perfect! You are treated like family,everything is clean and most important " you are safe!" It refreshes your soul for another year and makes things just a little easier to handle. We want to say Thank You!!!!!to the ones at Poland Creek Campground that make it the perfect home away from home. The beauty of your place inspires us to keep on fighting the good fight. Yall are the greatest😘🥰🤩

This is a beautiful area to take the family. They have a boat launch area and a campground. The view looking over the water is amazing. There is a $1 ramp access fee with plenty of parking. The camp manager is fantastic.

They have both tent as well as camper sites. The rates are very reasonable.

I love this place to take my kids fishing.
Lots of traffic early in the mornings.
The fishing is great also a variety of species can be caught here from catfish 20+ pounds to bait fish skipjack and gizzard..kids love catching all types of sun fish

Love it,friendly, clean showers, swimming, fishing for large catfish , boat ramp , fire pits, picnic are all taken care of by owner/ manager ! FYI , for best location get there early , IE , shade and lakeside spots are usually the first to go ! Also bring your heavy fishing gear, some very large blue and flathead catfish dwell in these waters, get ready for a long fight. ! ! Recommended !

I have absolutely no complaints on this campground. Very clean and peaceful. He really does run a tight ship.😅

Very clean everyone was social distancing very quiet well that was until the fish tournament took off then it was nothing but engines but that was few seconds all in all great trip this weekend
