Cime Nails

This is my new spot!! Hate that I waited so long to try this place, my nail tech Jennifer was amazing and so sweet. Mandy was nearby doing another clients nails and she was very sweet as well. The gentleman at the front desk was super accommodating and got me in a massage chair while I waited to get my gel pedicure done. They came out perfect! I can’t wait to come back and get my nails done next!

Just moved to the Roanoke area and found my new nail place! From the moment I walked in the owner was very knowledgeable and considerate. I was lucky enough to get in with Jennifer for my nails and Rose for my toes. I am so pleased with my nails. Of course, I had a picture and Jennifer did a better job than even what I showed her I wanted. She was very personable and fun to talk too!! Love this place.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and great people working here. Very personable and make sure you’re taken care of. Chloe does my nails, and I let her do anything she wants! She understands her customers and never disappoints! Happy every time I leave here!

Excellent customer service, professional manicurists who know how to access your needs in a luxurious salon. They have an abundance of services, products, and colors to choose from. Highly recommend! I’ve been coming to see Chloe and her staff for 9 months now and they are fantastic people who treat customers like royalty 💗

Best place I've found in awhile. A guy who must be the manager walks around and looks over all the technicians' shoulders to make sure they're doing a great job and is very personable. Great with design. Great attention to detail and they listen to exactly what you want. Great pedi chairs too. Fantastic experience for my daughter and I. We'll definitely be back!

These ladies are always so sweet and remember their regulars. They are consistent and stand behind their service when anything goes wrong- or if I break or chip. They have full bar, beautiful set up, and a huge selection of colors! Go see Cime and tell them I sent you!!

Great experience. I had a pedicure and nail dip set service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I did not have an appointment but they took me in right away. They have a wide variety of drinks and awesome customer service. They were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and requested. I will definitely be back.

Came here without an appointment on a Friday at 4:30 as walk-in. Place is beautiful and Rose and Jayla were amazing. Got great service, girls were very friendly and did an amazing job. Will definitely come back.

Co-worker and I decided to try— SO GLAD we came here!!! We did pedicures and loved everything, from the newer massage chairs, to the people working (shout out to Jayla and Mandi!!), to the atmosphere, to the color selection(so many!!)!! Times when I've gone somewhere else, I've had discomfort and/pain while getting nails done. Not here!!! I absolutely love Cime nails and every time is wonderful. Chloe is the absolute best, I have been coming here for at least 7 months and I will never go anywhere else!! They do specialty nails and I just bring a picture and they make it happen! I always feel like a princess🙏🏼❤

The artist at Cime are so talented and bend over backwards to make sure you get what you asked for. Shoutout for Chloe for always designing the perfect nails for any occasion. Can’t wait to get the girls together again for a girls night at Cime!

i was going to do dip nails then my nail tech Ann suggested acrylic instead and i got it. it turned out amazing and i love how kind she was and my nails turned out great. I will say that i have gotten a mani and pedi here, i know there is a 2 star review but i listened to the story and it was wrong after talking to chloe. Pleaseeee come here!

Chloe does an awesome job on my manicures. She pays attention to detail. I like that at this shop all the technicians speak English and understand what you want. No need to call someone over to interpret. Great place and very clean.

I showed them a picture from the reviews and they did exactly what I wanted. I changed up the colors of the flower. I was greeted and immediately sat. Great service and was sent home with a small Christmas gift. Will come back!

There are many unique and fancy gel polish designs and colors here. I really like choosing paint colors that coordinate with each other. The nails designed by the staff here are always beautiful and shiny.

I had a great experience at Cime Nails. They are so friendly, I felt right at home. It’s comfortable and clean. No wait time and they did a great job with my mani and pedi.

They did an great job. My daughter brought in a design and they matched it. The staff was very helpful and kind, and it is a very nice salon.

I’ve been coming here for the past few years, and they never fail to please! The salon’s fancy new remodel is perfect to match the nail techs’ amazing talent. Mandy did these nails and so many other sets I’ve gotten. Every time I go to other salons, I always compare to her work because she has such great expertise! Ms. Vicki (the owner/manager) is always a joy to speak with as well :) Overall, a very professional salon with wonderful customer service and is the best experience!

I get my hands done once a month here, dip powder. I have seen many technicians and ALWAYS been so happy! They all really listen to what I want, and don’t push their own agenda. I took my 10 year old daughter recently and the treated her like a queen!
