What an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional team! Jimmy and Rance were amazing - not only installing expertly, but also taking care of a few imperfections that popped up, communicating thoroughly about what they would do and why, as well as cleaning up after themselves and leaving both areas looking fantastic - and not just because of the new sinks they installed! Anthony was such a pleasure to deal with as he spoke with us first to discuss what was needed, and checking in today to make sure that things were going as expected.
We are beyond pleased and will call on them again when needed.

After a few days of this bitter cold, our pipes froze and then burst. Our regular plumber wasn't even running trucks, so we called My Professional Plumber. Technician Anthony Branam was there in less than two hours and had us patched up quickly. Because of their great pricing and fantastic attitude, we decided to have more work done, including a new water heater and replacing some old galvanized pipes. Our dogs even got to know their team and our Chihuahua, Bam Bam, decided that apprentice Donovan made a nice bed while he was on his back, working under our kitchen sink. :) We'd highly recommend this team!

Chris with my professional plumber was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my pressure regulating valve replaced and Chris was quick, thorough, and had quality workmanship. I highly recommend him and my professional plumber!

I recently reached out to Jamie not for plumbing issues but for some insight on a business matter. To be honest, I never thought in a million years anyone would actually get back to me but I was wrong. Not only did he get back to me right away he didn't try and rush off the phone, he was more than helpful and even said we could save his number if we have any other questions. This simple act of kindness means more to me than most will ever know. How enlightening it was to know that there are still kind people in this world who care about others. If you are looking for quality plumbing service, you found it. I had purchased my home less than a year ago and to my unpleasant surprise, was informed that the pipes under my house and leading to the road needed to be replaced because they had come with the original build (early 1970s). Derrick and Tristan took care of everything in about 2.5 days. They answered all my questions, showed me pictures of what was going on, and made sure I understood everything. On top of the excellent service, they were kind and respectful humans. I even had to leave them alone in my home for a few hours which I had no problem doing. They left, they locked up, and texted me letting me know. Overall, they went above and beyond to ensure that our home was taken care of and that we had peace of mind. We financed with them because yes, plumbing repairs can be costly. The financing is allowing us to pay monthly with no interest for 24 months. When it comes to plumbing and peace of mind, you don't want to cut corners. MPP certainly won't cut corners with you!

First, I'd like to acknowledge April who took my call. It was late afternoon 2/9/23 and she quickly made some calls and was able to find a tech to come out on short notice. If it wasn't for April to start with, I would've probably ended up going with another company. My drains were slow & toilets wouldn't flush; I needed service asap. I don't know if My Professional Plumber has lowered their prices, after reading much older reviews, I was very pleased with the fair price I paid to get my main Septic pipe unclogged. I'm a mature, single woman and was happy Brandon didn't try to overcharge me or "find" other issues. Branden A. was an excellent tech! He texted & called b4 coming out, arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was clean cut, which I appreciate. Branden was very helpful, quickly found the problem, and advised me on proper maintenance to prevent the issue in the future. Thank you Branden for your honest work! I would highly recommend and will request him in the future!

Jeff came out and did a great job. Was on time, gave us an upfront cost to fix our problem, and this was on a Friday night. He was professional and I have nothing bad to say about his service. Would recommend.

Couldn't be happier!! After a NO SHOW from another plumbing company(HEP) , I called My Professional Plumber Inc around 6 pm. The woman that answered the call was extremely helpful in setting up our repair. At 7:30 pm Jeff Richards arrived and advised that our water heater was beyond repair. After we agreed on a replacement, he stayed until around 10 pm to replace the water heater. He was extremely professional and polite. Absolutely would recommend this company.

I called for a toilet repair at 12:30. I was immediately put on the repair list and told that the service call would be between 1:00 & 3:00. Dylan showed up promptly at 1:45 & gave me a reasonable quote for the job. He completed the repair by replacing the flush valve and shutoff valve, all in under 45 minutes! He was so courteous and efficient. I am so very impressed and so thankful that I called My Professional Plumber! Thanks again Dylan!

Jamie was great! It turned out to be something simple this time, thankfully. And was taken care of quickly. My Professional Plumber is the only company we will use. We’ve been treated fairly every time they have done work for us. Actually more than fair. We trust them completely.

You could not ask for a more professional company and technician! We called My Professional Plumber after a different company did not show up (or even call us to let us know they’re not showing up), and I am so glad we did! Anthony showed up on time and was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable, and he was happy to explain everything to us. The price was great, especially for the amount of work he did. I highly recommend Anthony and My Professional Plumber to anyone needing this type of service!

I called to schedule an appointment and My Professional Plumber of Knoxville was able to send a technician the next day (it was not an emergency). Dylan was the plumbing technician sent to my house to install new fill valves in all three of our toilets. Dylan did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We could not be more pleased as Dylan was fantastic.

John and Adam were awesome. They arrived quickly, took care of the problem super fast, and the price was reasonable. Plus they were really friendly and professional! I hope I don’t need these services again, but if I do I’ll definitely be sticking with them.

Justin and this team were incredible today! I called at 8:15 this morning and they were at my house to fix my toilet by 9am! It was incredible!

I had a leak in my water heater that I needed to get looked at, so I contacted My Professional Plumber. Jason was sent out the next day to check for the problem. He arrived on time, and was profesional, polite, and personable. He quoted me a fair price and got to work immediately. My Professional Plumber is all I was looking for from a plumber: no nonsense, knowledgeable, on time, polite, and fair. Needless to say, if I have a plumbing problem in the future I'll be using them again

At first this was gonna be a negative review. I was rather disappointed in the motivation of the gentleman who visited me. He had failed to contact me, though I was home, and left. I called to complain and in steps Jamie. The man himself. With 30 years experience, owner of the business, Master plumber, to install a shower valve. This is the equivalent of asking Superman to change your tire. But Jamie was there. His skills beyond this, talent surpassing, making hard work to right what once was wrong.

The work was done in an accurate fashion, with quickness and tolerance. Through a barrage of plumbing questions did this man work.

I hold my reserves for the man who was supposed to do the work, as I live a fair distance away. But Jamie came in, rectifying all or any perceived wrong doing, and showed to me that the company is strong, built on a foundation of trust and craftsmanship, and has honor.

The work was great. The materials are great. The man is great. I would recommend this company, at least Jamie, to anyone who wants PROFESSIONAL plumbing work done. Not all heroes wear capes. Some carry channel lock pliers and angle saws. Jamie did right.

I plan on using the company in the future for some major projects. I absolutely recommend this company.

My wife was contacted prior to the arrival, which we we e told would happen. Service man was extremely professional and polite. He wore protective shoes for our carpet. We had two bathroom faucets replaced which I furnished my own parts. My wife was told prior to the cost of replacing what we would be charged, which we appreciated that. Honestly I was not expecting $665.00 in labor. The technician explained to my wife they are in a very competitive market and the rates were in line with everyone else. I picked this company based on Google reviews. Also I need to add I have not had any plumbing work done in quite a while, therefore this rate may be in line with other companies. Based on our experience we would recommend this company and will probably use again if needed. Everything was done right the first time and very professional also I may add. Just a little shocked on the cost. Probably in line with everyone else. I did not get several quotes, therefore trusting this company on honesty and integrity. Before and after pictures were emailed to me which no one does to my knowledge. Other than I sticker shock, I would recommend this company.

I chose My Professional Plumber mainly because the ratings posted on the web. I was not disappointed. Chris showed up within the time frame he promised. He did an assessment and an estimate and returned to complete the work once he retrieved the necessary parts. They did what they said and they kept me updated with the progress. They truly were professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Jason was very professional, personable and knew his stuff. Came in diagnosed the problem and got to work. Very clean and did make or leave a mess! Service pricing very reasonable. Will definitely use My Professional Plumber for all our plumbing needs!
