I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah and her entire team. I was greeted with a smile when I signed in and another smile when I left. They were always professional but always warm and friendly. That's important to me. And, most importantly, I was given a great smile too. Their work is excellent and second to none.

My hygienist Dhinal Patel was amazing! He explained everything in terms to my understanding and made me feel so comfortable. I let him know how insecure my smile had been making me lately and he gave me a lot of reassurance on how I should be proud for even showing up today. New family dentistry and I hope it’s for the long run!

OMG!!! Dr. Dhinal Patel had his hands full with the oral work I needed done. For a person to have never had a pleasant non scary dental visit experience, he made sure to make sure my anxiety and fear would dissolve. I had tartar buildup for years and he did a PHENOMENAL job and made sure I was not in any pain or discomfort. I am so grateful I made an impulsive choice in coming to this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And the staff is extremely nice, professional, kind and helpful. They made my anxiety truly a thing of the past.

Dr. Dhimal Patel was very gentle with my deep cleaning. Everything that I needed was explained in detail and they were willing to answer any questions. The office staff did a great job breaking down the pricing/insurance coverage to me. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I went to the Jefferson location in Dallas, all the staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone kept stopping asking was I ok and the talked me through everything I was getting. This staff was the best I’ve ever encountered❤. They had so many options incase I didn’t have all the money to pay for my dental work. My experience today was great, I really love Jefferson dental because they really show they care.

My experience with the staff was great. From the time I walked into the office until my consultation was over. The visit was very good. Lorali and Dr. Shah were both friendly and professional. I do not remember the name of the woman who spoke with me last. However, she was friendly as well and is the person that goes over treatment plans and procedures.Thank you for a lovely visit.

The welcoming feeling that you get from the staff upon arriving is unforgettable. You’re not just a customer here, you’re family. Canesa was my hygienist, she was professional and friendly. Canesa treated me like we had been friends forever. This location is highly recommended to anyone who has any oral work needed.

The visit was great staff was friendly doctor was nice and does good work the one thing that blew me away was the cleaning Dahinal Patel cleaned my teeth with out numbing gel or injecting numb stuff to help block the sensitivity like past visits. He explained how the instruments are supposed to be used and it’s similar to a tattoo artist he has a light hand so he doesn’t irritate the gums and know how to perform a good cleaning highly recommend his work and the doctors also .

At first, when I arrived I was a skeptical of the location. This is the perfect example of “don’t judge a book by its cover”. Their office is super clean and well kept. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Their services are thorough and most important, AFFORDABLE. Canessa performed a dental cleaning on a guy who had not seen a dentist in over 5 years. She made it pain free and constantly checked in to make sure I was good. Best dental experience ever. Definitely recommending Jefferson Dental to everyone.

Everyone is so friendly and polite. They are professional at all times. The dr is good in explaining what needs to be done and gets the work done.
