Love this pharmacy! They are always on top of it and I love that they sell local honey and jam. It’s a great way for small businesses to support each other and the community.

I’ve been with many other big name pharmacies for years until I found City Drug. They are very quick to refill a prescription, usually within an hour of calling. The staff are always very helpful and courteous. Their prices with my insurance are cheaper than anywhere else. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes at their drive through. Highly recommended.

City Drug is a completely a NEW City Drug! Having problems getting my meds filled at my old pharmacy. Several times they would tell me my meds weren't ready after I called them in earlier in the day. Staff wasn't friendly anymore. I would dread picking them up every month plus they were never due at the same time. Had to go several times a month just to get them! CITY DRUG WAS ABLE TO GET THEM READY TO PICKUP ON SAME DAY! Everyone there are extremely super nice and they actually know my name! Finally have found the best pharmacy! THANK YOU to A WONDERFUL STAFF AND EXCELLENT PHARMACISTS!

I am so glad I made the switch to City Drug a few years back. Anthony and the team always take time to talk to you, explain etc. They truly treat you like family and not just a number. The girls at the window are always so kind. Highly recommend.

Best local pharmacy in the area. They go out of their way to get medicine you need. My prescription was ready when promised, unlike other local chain-pharmacies AND it was 1/3 the cost!! Staff is friendly, happy, and I can tell they love their job. THANK YOU City Drug - my hometown pharmacy!

I have been a client at this pharmacy for about six years now. I have tried other pharmacies from when we very first moved here and City Drug beats them all. First of all they have great service as far as communicating with me about my prescriptions and my insurance information. They have gone out of their way to make sure my prescriptions were ready on Time. They even have a delivery service that is completely free. I did not think I would need to use it but when I got in a jam they got my prescription filled and brought to me within two hours, right to my front door. Anytime I have a question about my medicine or about my insurance they will look into it for me. They have helped me save money on prescriptions So now we would not trust another pharmacist. I am spoiled. City Drug is the best! Our family highly recommends City Drug! Thank you City Drug for always being there for us :-)! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is honestly the best pharmacy I've dealt with in my lifetime. I've been going there for a few years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and friendly and if they don't have what you need they will have it within a few days. Super easy to work with would 100% recommend!

I definitely recommend City Drug for any of your prescription needs, DME supply needs. I have known this company and the people from City Drug since I was a child. My Father (RIP) thought very highly of Steve and the other employees there. Doris is one great employee, knows what she's doing with the accounts. They care about their customers and when I've had a question I wasn't made to feel i was a burden, I felt like it was their pleasure to help me. If you need help getting your medication, they care enough to bring it to you. If you want a home town pharmacy, I highly recommend City Drug. City Drug will take care of you. Everyone is kind and helpful and genuine. Even my dog likes to stop there with me. Really though, all the employees go the extra mile and make sure you understand your meds and they text to let you know when your meds are ready. They even check with me to see if there are any changes from month to month. And the Med-Pacs are sooo convenient! Thanks you all for being the best!

City Drug is by far the best pharmacy in Maryville. They treat their customers like family. They have low prices on medicines and medical equipment, they're fast and efficient, when I call in my refills they're always ready by the time I get there and they have a drive thru window. Everyone is professional and courteous and their pharmacists are very knowledgeable. I've never had any trouble getting my refills when I need them. I can buy one days worth of medicine every day if I need to without any issue and I don't feel judged. This isn't true with Walgreens and many other pharmacies who want to give you an attitude or make you feel bad for not having enough money to get all your prescription out. I've bought 5 days worth of my medication at Walgreens then the next day try to get the rest and they refuse, saying that I can't get any more for 5 days. This isn't a law, my Dr said it may be that pharmacy creating their own policy, but this isn't a law. After dealing with that I transferred my script to City Drug and never looked back. Highly recommend!

If i lived closer, i would transfer everything here. They are genuinely the nicest & most helpful people i have ever met at a pharmacy. Highly recommend!
