The team at Making Dreams Realty is so professional and yet personal at the same time. They have helped me now both buy and sell my first home. Their integrity and work ethic really shine. I worked with Ryan Koenig specifically for both my purchasing and selling, and he is truly an advocate for his people. I also worked with Kim Crouch who was exceptional as well. I could not recommend this real estate agency enough.

Tina at MDR went above and beyond to make the home buying experience feel effortless and comfortable. My fiancé and had absolutely no clue what we were doing since we are first time home buyers. Tina went to many showings with us and was honest with us about how she felt about properties. We really really appreciated that. When one of our offers got declined on what we thought was our dream property, Tina told us everything happens for a reason and was right there to help us when we got down. Tina ended up showing us another property, we put an offer in, and it got accepted! When we had to fix some chipped paint on the deck, Tina was there helping us clean it up and paint it. Tina is what you want in a realtor; she really goes above and beyond for her clients. We are now in our home, happy as can be! Thank you so much Tina! We appreciate everything you have done for us.

Just purchased the perfect little home thanks to MDR and their team. Todd Bailey has been phenomenal! My wife and I recently purchased a house with help from Ryan. He was amazing to work with and he made the process of buying our first home very easy. Rhonda Kilcoyne of Making Dreams Realty was truly exceptional! We were just going to drive by the outside of what eventually ended up becoming our home, and Rhonda was coincidentally unlocking the front door to go in and do a virtual tour. She spotted us looking up at the door and smiled and waved for us to come up. We went up to the door where she introduced herself and showed us the inside. Her friendly, comforting demeanor and honesty won us over and we confidentally signed her to represent us. Throughout the process her responsiveness was incredible. She made herself available to our multiple requests to see the home again and for our many other requests and questions. When the sale of our previous home was delayed, she worked with the other realtor and banks as well as other required entities to ensure the purchase of the home we wanted so badly would go smoothly and become a reality. She met us with a smile at the closing — during very nasty weather! The process of dealing with our particular banking institution was taking long and felt a little nerve wracking. However, Rhonda’s calmness was contagious and helped us to get through the time until we finally closed and received our keys. Days later she dropped off a wonderful, personalized gift to congratulate us our on purchase. We cannot thank Rhonda enough for everything she did for us. Shannon Weis went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and was very patient with me as a first time home buyer and I had many questions and changed my mind about things more than a couple times.
