One of the best resorts that I’ve been recently. It’s huge with lot of attractions within. The room is neat and clean with spot on room service. The garden theme restaurants, water fountains, waterfalls and walkway from one end to another is beautiful. There are several restaurants and a convenience store in this resort where you don’t have to step out for any basic needs. You will have the feel of local Nashville country music. Though it’s expensive, it’s almost worth the money.

First impressions are everything!
Andre checked us in and was so welcoming. He took care of us and even helped us find the perfect room! He started off the experience on a high note and it never ended! From soundwaves, to the food and room we stayed in, everything was amazing. The employees here never hesitate to help guest! It's a very homey place to be! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday one to remember.

This is an awesome place to stay. The restaurants are a little expensive, but the food is really good. The ambiance of the entire place is a vacation! The staff are super friendly and everyone is willing to help and go the extra mile. We had a very relaxing time.

We visited November 2023 and had a fantastic time. I love the gardens and how much walking indoors you can do at the resort. The addition of the water park was a hit for the kids. The kids loved the frozen experience too. Always a wonderful time away here. If you are an early riser and want coffee it can be a little tricky to find here. You might want to bring some Starbucks VIA otherwise this place is magical.

Such a beautiful Resort. My room had a garden view. It was nice to sit on the patio & listen to the waterfall & see the beautiful view. Finding your way around the resort is a maze, but it was a fun experience to find something new around every corner.

We stayed one night in the hotel and did the “sound waves” water park two days. First of all the hotel and atriums are just incredible. Obviously that’s half the draw for anyone that visits. Just look at any of the photos and you’ll understand.
The actual hotel is huge and it can be a challenge to find your way around even though everything is well labeled with proper signage and maps throughout.
The hotel rooms are fine but nothing super impressive or fancy. It was a bit annoying that our room didn’t have a microwave and it’s literally a 5 minute walk to the nearest one at the coffee shop.
The flowing water sounds and music playing at the sound waves water park can be quite loud and annoying after a short while. I brought some earplugs the second day and didn’t regret it at all.
The actual water slides and pools and lazy rivers are awesome and tons of fun for people of all ages! It’s definitely worth the experience in my opinion.

I love this place. People are great. Always a relaxing place to chill. I love the late night walks around the different areas. Peaceful. I always avoid the room areas, and only walk in the open space areas to not disturb anyone. The free bus ride to and from the Opry is a plus. It could be a nice walk, but in summer, the heat would have you sweating. The ride home is great, especially if a couple of cocktails were enjoyed during the show.

An impressive property. Great with kids as well. The property is beyond big. The atmosphere with the water features, botanical displays and natural light was very comfortable. Rooms were average (no idea what the fancier rooms were like - I was in a basic double queen). The convention center was great. Food resources were adequate but I didn't experience anything over the top. This property is next to the Grand Ole Opry - walkable distance. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Nashville.

This place is huge. They have waterfalls, hotel, atrium, and a river and boat ride. The hosts a variety of shopping places along with places to eat. The staff was nice. I didn’t try the food, but the food and drinks looked amazing. I did get a chance to take a boat ride. The guide was excellent. If you are ever in Nashville, you should give this place a try.

Amazing customer service. Everyone went out of their way to help us. A wonderful housekeeper even offered to help with our bags!

Really comfy beds.

Appreciated the separate sink/vanity outside of bathroom so we could get ready at the same time and have more counter space.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels i've ever been to. I did not stay the night here but I went for a day visit. And there are so many options of things to do inside. Also has amazing foods at each restaurant I stopped by.

Great resort, Great place for kids as well. This place is huge, You could spend a day here for sure just shopping and exploring. It's located right beside the Grand Ole Opry and the mall, which is huge. The only thing I had an issue with was the paint peeling badly around the vent in the bathroom and the vent fan itself did not work. But the room was cleaning and the room the service was good.

My family and I have gone to Opryland two years now and both times it was a very good experience. The water park is very fun and has a lot of things to do there. It’s a beautiful place on the inside. Gorgeous fountains and during Christmas season they have amazing decorations up. We ate breakfast and it was really good. So many options at the buffet. For dinner we went to a steak restaurant and it was delicious, but INCREDIBLY expensive (which I know is normal for a steak restaurant) , but the staff was amazing. Everywhere we went there was a kind person willing to led a helping hand.
With the rooms there were some mishaps. We were told we were getting a balcony and visiting doors, but we got none. We were offered to switch rooms but it would be more expensive and complicated. When our family that we traveled with went to check in, there was a mistake and they were given our room keys. And check out was a mess.
Overall it was an awesome experience and is very kid friendly, but the check in/ check out processes could be cleaned up a bit.

Exquisite. I only toured and had lunch while visiting some friends in Nashville, in town for a speaking engagement. I would love to host a women's retreat or event here for women. It was just an amazing experience.

We have stayed here 3 different times and will keep going back. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do. We took a shuttle to the Grand Ol Opry for a show which was so convenient. The Mexican restaurant inside the resort was some of the best food on our trip.

Just got here but have to give a shout out to Betty in the old hickory steak house. Everyone there is amazing but she took care of my 94 yo mom with dementia. She was so sweet. I will be writing to her boss if I can find him. The staff so far. Everyone is nice and friendly.

Had my homeschool prom here! It was amazing! A lot of our parents helped out and I must say, the people that run the prom do NOT know how to organize. The majority of this they could've done DAYS in advance, but instead they made everyone set up EVERY SINGLE THING in FOUR HOURS on the day of prom. Regardless, this hotel is absolutely MASSIVE and it is gorgeous! Wish we could've stayed here!

This place was massive! We stayed two nights, had an exterior room and an atrium room the second night. We went to sound waves and spent most of the day there. It was clean and so many different water slides and things to do. We ate at the Fuse and had grab and go breakfast at the cocoa bean.

This hotel was nice, refreshing and relaxing. It was easy to get lost but they did provide everyone with a map with your room key. Nice restaurants and shops. It had everything you needed indoors including a library. It's like a perfect escape from reality. Definitely worth visiting.

Update 3.2.24
I am updating due to a double charge. So when I checked into my hotel I gave my credit card to the representative for the $225 hold they put on your account for incidentals. They asked if I had driven and I told them yes, I parked in the self parking lot. Which was about $37+ a day. I didn't move my car my entire stay as I had other transportation to get around while there because I was with a group. Anyhow when it was time to leave I dropped my keys in the box for keys for checkout which sits in front of the lobby desks. I went to my car and I scanned the QR code on the ticket I received when I entered the parking lot when I arrived, to pay for my parking fee which was $121 for three days. Ok no problem. Only to see a few days later the same charge hitting my account but this time from the hotel. Being that I paid the fee in order to exit the parking lot. I knew it had to be connected as the price was similar just a penny difference.

I contacted the hotel and they apologized for the mishaps and said I should receive a refund within 7-10 business days. We are still in that period so I haven't received the refund yet.

However, I thought to share this because this may be happening to others and to help others avoid this inconvenience. If the hotel had to be the one that received the fee for the parking during check in they should have stated you need to check out with them to pay your parking fee. I understand if you had valet services but if you used the self parking, that should be clear. So one wouldn't be double charged. So if you're staying here I would ask about that to avoid the inconvenience of having to dispute a duplicate payment on your account.
