Jerry and Scott in the paint department are amazing. Walking my wife and I through everything we needed to know, helping up pretty much start to finish on our project. I’ve spent a pile of money at Lowe’s the past 15 days fixing up our new place in Bulls Gap. Everything I’ve needed they had at decent prices. Returns no problem. Floor people have been great. They honor the Veterans well. The big “box stores” get a tough rap at times but this is as close to the old hardware store you’ll find. They have been great.

Absolutely LOVE this Lowes because I appreciate employees who are always so friendly, courteous & helpful every time I'm there. Just today, 3 different areas of the store with 3 very helpful employees as well as Mrs. Kim F. at the self-check out. 5 stars & definitely 2 thumbs up 👍👍 Thank you Lowes employees!!!

I’ve bought lumber at this Lowe’s many many times and there is 1 certain loader Aaron who is always helpful and helps me without question ….. just the other day he sprinted across the parking lot to help me load 16foot boards ….. THE pro loader Aaron deserves all the best Lowe’s has to offer

Just got delivery of my Whirlpool washer and Hotpoint freezer. The guys today were awesome, very polite and helpful. They deliver for Lowe's and had no trouble finding me. They were quick and on time and made sure it all worked.
Now, about the store, I couldn't have been treated better. The young lady who helped us made sure she got me every available discount and didn't try to sell me anything more than what we needed.
Several workers there offered to help me while I was waiting for my husband to join me. None of them were rude or pushy. It was a very positive experience!

Nice store. Well stocked. People were helpful. The store is dog friendly, so there are people walking their dogs. Also, they have free air pump outside the pro desk if you need to air up a tire.

Enjoy being able to just order ahead so I know they won't run out before I can get there! Staff have always been courteous, helpful, and usually in an upbeat mood.

We have been going to the same location for years. The majority of employees are friendly. They offer military discount which is nice. They usually have what we need.

Love the 5% savings on all purchases with my lowes credit card. Great deals on almost everything

So friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. Their garden selections is amazing right now. This is by far my favorite store.

Eddie in Garden Supplies is just one of the many employees at the Greeneville store that makes it awesome and incredibly helpful. No matter what I want to do with my flower garden, bathroom, den, kitchen, garage.

This place has actually won my business through their attention to professionals. They must be treating employees right because, for the most part, they are attentive and helpful.

Our sales person was very helpful and because the item we wanted was not on the shelf she was very kind to involve another sale person and they looked on the computer for shipment status, availability options ect. Very knowledgeable of why the shelves were lacking some inventory ect. Enjoyed our shopping time. Also other sales persons were very helpful to kindly give directions to items locations we were shopping for. Good knowledge of the store for help in every way

We went looking for a dish washer. The appliance department was busy when we arrived. But, we had the best employees come help us. Jorge, Jeremy, & Micheal. The wonderful cashier Becky.

Got the help we needed they didn't have the product we needed so of course we had to buy a whole kit instead of just a nut which costed us $20 bucks and a nut would probably have been $2 at the most seems like more places are doing this so u have to spend more money 💸 🤑 imagine that it's really getting ridiculous. But we did get great help from Wayne the tool man in tool world.. we always do he knows his stuff so look for him if u need something in tools..

The person that assisted me was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Way to go Lowe's!!
