McDonald's

Got the promotion going on right now for buy one get one for a dollar. Honestly big macs are ok and because of the promotion it took a little longer to get our food. The wait wasn't too long but don't know if it's worth it. It was what you expect from a McDonald's. Prefer other places myself but my wife loves it. If anything I like their breakfast hotcakes with an egg and biscuit.

I had lunch with a local about a year ago. Nothing fancy, just two cheeseburgers. I used to go to this place for coffee 5 days a week and maybe 3 or 4 coffees there.

Right after taking my order, the chef came over and asked for free food. A case of resistance to violence. As a result, he climbed upstairs and punched her in the face, trying to stop her from going behind the counter.

I saw that he was going to attack, I grabbed his hands behind his back. After realizing that the worker did not stop him, he lost his hatred towards the workers and wanted to "pass me".

"No problem," I replied, "let me eat the burger first!" This angered him, but the workers released him from their policies because he was the new target of anger.

In the next few minutes, he stuck his head in the door and tried to threaten me. I told him that he will wait for me because I am hungry.

The police came! It was so much fun! After 10 seconds, he waved at the police. It didn't suit him.

I've never waited in line since I've been there. If there was a long line, I would be taken out to be searched. (Most likely to change - 75% chance)

So maybe my favorite experience? Show respect to the employees and try to protect them and get VIP status from here.

This McDonalds is one of the best I have ever used. They have their occasional hiccups but overall one of the best managed and with a usually cohesive team!!! Great job!

I went through the drive thru, and the people were very friendly. The food was good, I got a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown and I got an iced coffee it wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worst either. I've never been inside, so I don't know how the atmosphere is. It's not my usual McDonald's, because it's not nearest my home, but it was the closest to the vet where I was this morning. Would definitely go back

Can be slow, depends on which location you're at & what time of day. Food tastes as you expect it to. Occasional lip-mouths that need to be taught manners but generally they are super nice & easy going.

This is a well run McDonald's. Very quick service, especially for breakfast and always fresh food.

I'm not much for the food it's more the drinks but sometimes I give and get the deals oh and they have great team work

We love Douglas he is the best worker here and made us feel so welcomed and we will forever come back more yak should give that man a raise

Well right now at this moment there is this wonderful order taker and another beautiful soul at the order out window and they are so kind and sweet and I really LovE LOVE LOVE McDonald’s:::,,)))

The only problem I had was with the woman on night shift wearing a black hoodie I paid for my stuff and she wanted to keep getting smart so I said thank you for your hospitality but Mason he done great at the register and so did the manager that helped me but that lady needs to keep her mouth shut and don't talk to her customers that way I really feel like she don't need her job I mean I had to tell her three times that I paid for my order on my drink and she still wanted to argue with me okay I do not like that I have worked in restaurant business for years you do not do that you are very disrespectful mam and I hope the best for you in life but I just do not think you need that job you treat your employees like hell you need to find a different career thanks for your hospitality once again jerkface

Amazing manager/supervisor brought me some of my order to my home when it was accidentally not in the bag with my UberEats order. Outstanding customer service! I appreciated it so much!! Makes me want to support this location more often, just because of this experience. I appreciate it a lot and look forward to my next visit/order.

Quick friendly service!

The McRib is back and when they first come back is when they are at their best. After a while they will be dry and just not good but the ones I had were great.

The only one I go to. Get my latte hear every day. They're all really great. Sabrina and Tiffany are the sweetest,hard working ladies. Had to go to the other location on Asheville Highway . Every time I've ever done so they mess my order up and then they're super rude to me.

In and out of the drive through super quick. My order was right and the tea was great. I have nothing to complain about at all.

Love this location. It is the only one I frequent specifically for my lattes. If you enjoy lattes and haven't tried one from McDonald's, give it a chance. I'm so so sooo picky about my coffee and these are perfect. I don't get any flavor and just add some sugar. Almost every person at this location knows my coffee order and my sisters. We are a bit addicted to the lattes but it's nice and something you usually only get to enjoy with mom and pop businesses. Great staff with the exception of a couple miserable people but even they make efforts to lighten up after a manager speaks with them and I can appreciate that. The management is great and they're just generally on point. This is for the Austin st. Greeneville location.

I have breakfast at the Austin St McDonald's every day,which I have been doing for several years. THE staff knows my wife and me by name and we are greeted each time we come in the restaurant. We get excellent service. There are several groups that do the same thing each day so there is much comoradorie among us. It is the best place in town.

After having been turned down for a ride and accidentally viewed the cadaver of a Mexican lady nudged by her husband due to alcoholic jealousy, I just wanted to sit, watch some TV, use a clean bathroom and register my spirit on Pentecost and Shuvout'h. What a pleasant surprise when the manager offered me a Coca Cola. I replied I did not get the meal. She replied that everything goes better with Coke. May God bless us all to the solution of our problems with Coke. Enjoy sir. I almost fainted upon experiencing the old before 2008 customer service.
