Publix Super Market at Fairgrounds Plaza

This store is clean, the people are all nice. The sandwiches are awesome. I get my medicines here and the women are always helpful. The bakery is fantastic. There’s nothing bad to say about the store. It’s just a higher quality. Nice store. It always makes my shopping adventure, enjoyable.

Publix simply has the culture of turning out a great shopping experience, no matter where you are. Associates are friendly, caring, and ready to take care of you. They don't ignore you, they want you to find what you need, and help with any questions, no matter what department, bakery, seafood, produce, deli... People seem to think Publix is more expensive, but, like anywhere, if you shop wisely, taking advantage of sale items and BOGO offers, you really come out ahead. Join club Publix, they'll periodically send you $10 off coupons... Watch their flyers, you can buy $50 gasoline gift cards for $40 to use to cut your fuel cost. They have a frozen food promotion January through March, get $10 gift cards left and right. Use what they give you, you came to the right place. And quality reigns everywhere.... And it's a clean place... Love them...

Taylor in the deli was incredibly kind and well spoken. He really seems to genuinely care about the level of service he delivers. I really hope he moves up the chain quick, we need people like him in leadership roles now more than ever.

The people who work here are absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been shopping here since June 2022 and EVERY employee goes above and beyond to help if I’m looking for something. If I am in early in the morning and say “good morning!”, they respond with the same but immediately offer to help me find that one unusual item on my list.

The staff and management is FANTASTIC! If I can’t find something or it’s not been replenished on the shelves yet from a late night rush, they will go to the back and search for it.

They are personable, attentive, and will as ME if I need help finding something long before I start looking for an employe to ask.

They were so helpful. I was in dire need of air duster for my work computer. They helped me look up and down the aisle. They are, also, so friendly. Felt welcomed the moment I walked in there.

Bought a small wedding cake, it was beautiful and delicious. Veggie tray fresh and flavorful. Will but again. Nice price and helpful staff.

This is the place to shop! Their friendly, helpful staff are fabulous. Their fresh baked bread is to die for, their Deli is great, and the subs they make put Jersey Mike's next door to shame. I love their produce section for its variety, and their butcher is highly accommodating and will cut you exactly what you need if it's not out on the shelf. Work their sales right, and you'll save a bundle too!

Great store, easy to find items, extremely helpful staff. I needed help and asked someone to look in the back for something and they dropped what they did and assisted me with no issues. Love this store for that!! Great prices. Often shop Publix for instacart A+++ THANK YOU

Clean, best staff, great products. Love starbucks and the salad bar. Love that you can order Chinese, Pizza, or subs at their cafe.

Food is great like there sales they have you get good buys. There subs are the best and there filled up not skimpy. Customer service is always good and it's always a nice clean store to shop in. I was so happy they put a Publix in Greenville. One thing that is missing is the big weighing scale they had them in the Publix in Florida

I was happy to find their Publix brand ice cream on sale! The store is very nice to shop at and have good choices in each department.

Imagine my surprise when I found this wonderful Publix supermarket in the middle of Greeneville, TN. The place was spotless and the produce was awesome. I had the pleasure of talking with the assistant produce manager Vinny while I was shopping. He was a pleasure to talk to.

Helped by a lovely gentleman in the deli section. Helped me pick out the best hummus and told me about some of the amazing deals

Publix puts all other supermarkets to shame. Clean, excellent customer service.
Bakery is top notch.Their buttercream frosting is so creamy and not all sugar. I have always loved thier pecan danish. The have the best mini powdered jelly donuts. I always buy 2 loaves of their 5 grain Italian bread. Their plain cheesecake is almost as good as what I use to get in College Point, Queens, NY. Their small specialty cakes are perfect for small gatherings, delicious, and the price is on point.
All their departments are a step above. If you can't find it at Publix you won't find it anywhere. Like Tangerines, Northern McIntosh apples; their Organic Lady Alice Apples are a sure second to McIntosh.
When I buy shrimp and other fish it doesn't have that iodine smell like FC or I's. I do alot of cooking so it is important to have fresh everything.
Love buying their London Broil when it's on sale. Only place to buy Skirt steak. Probably the only place to find whole chickens and Cornish hens. Love their lamb. I have seen Veal a few times, pricey, but definitely not a scallopinni guy. Give me a cowboy cut veal chop and I'm happy.
Yes, in my house we eat a variety of foods and ethnicities.
When I buy Latin, it's GOYA or something comparable.
I always shop the BOGOS if it is something I use.
When it comes to good food I can't hep it, I'm spoiled. The 1 thing I can say is that in my house we eat good. My cooking is better than a Restaurant.
Some people will say that the prices are higher, but they really aren't.

For the people that give Publix 1 star, my observation after reading your comments is that you don't have to shop there!

The produce section in this store is kind of small but great store. Always clean, friendly staff, always plenty of carts (they even have the tiny ones for the Littles to use).
