Every time I go through that drive through I order sauce, I've never gotten it once. Other than that, it's okay.

The lobby is always clean clean restrooms friendly staff very helpful... new cheese danish is wonderful thank you to the manager on third shift she was incredible ...

Got to listen to an employee say that he’s gotten sick from a bad fish fillet, but I noticed something, he sounded high! He kept saying he was sick then he left. Me and my girlfriend were shocked by what we just heard. Then the manager and another employee called him out and said that he was just high and he needs to get back on the grill. We were laughing at the hilarious moment we just experienced, and just for that, I say 10/10 would recommend!!!

This McDonald's was clean, with food and service as you expect.

The restaurant has made a lot of progress since around July . Really impressed . Drive thru is fast ,courteous service , and very polite people . My orders have been put together correctly . I am really impressed with the change , not sure if it’s new management , but I noticed a lot of new faces recently . Maybe that is what needed done , a clean out of the negative .

We had biscuits and gravy before church . We do this most Sunday mornings . The staff is always super friendly , helpful and quick to get us our breakfast .

Their customer service is great very polite very hard-working and dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. Took my order gave me a #tag and delivered it to my table in minutes, and the food was hot and delicious. Wonderful dining experience.

For a fast food place, it's awesome. I work late and I usually catch what is probably the third shift staff, but I have never had a bad run in with them. My group and I usually get a little rowdy, but the staff has always been understanding and kind to us. We have also camped out in a corner for a few hours and played dungeons and dragons here. Again, staff was kind and patient with us. One of my fav stops. <3

Always a good fast service

Today, we went to TSC to buy dog food and scratch grain... The usual dog food we buy was gone off the shelf, so I asked a worker if they had any in the back. He was so nice and found a couple of bags and brought them out to us, and was happy to do it. Thanks to the kind man in the back!

My last visit, I ordered 4 strawberry and cream pies. At the window and after paying, I was told I would have to wait twelve minutes to receive my pies, or I can switch for apple rather. By the time I got to the second window, I was handed my pies. All fresh and warm. Maybe I was lucky. This last visit, is what deserves the five star. As everyone else does, I've had my fair share of grief while dealing with Mickey D's. I just ready for a McRib!!!!

Love this location! It is always a warm and clean place to enjoy breakfast, when I have extra time before my morning commitments. The staff is always friendly, polite, and on point when it comes to food and service, and my coffee is always perfect!

I don't usually eat there but when I have it's been fresh and hot. Not a lot of nutrition in the menu.
Some locations are friendlier, have cleaner stores, and are easier access...you pick.

First time that I have ever been. Brandy(nail technician)did an amazing job on my nails.

This branch is the best in my opinion. It has the best tasting food , most accurate orders and definitely the fastest drive thru in Greeneville, TN.
