AT&T Store

We were in an out within 10 mins woman was very nice was there the moment we walked in awesome completely glad I made the witch to AT&T

What can I say more about my experience at the AT&T store in Greeneville other than WOW! Dakota on 2 separate occasions went beyond my expectations. He was able to get all my information transferred to my new phone in just a few minutes. What an incredible customer service experience! Thank you Dakota! I hope to return for more products and services in the future.

After facing several issues in switching wireless carriers, I ended up having to come to the physical location for assistance. The staff was friendly and was able to correct all the issues I was having. In knowing that my experience was going to take time, I asked Julia to assist other customers ahead of me. She did assist the other customers, but continued working on transferring the phone numbers from my previous carrier. I will happily return if I experience any further issues.

Jordon and Dakota are the best! I’ve been an AT&T wireless customer for over 15 years and have received great service throughout the years but nothing like the personal, thorough, enjoyable and professional experience I had in Greeneville, TN. These 2 associates resolved my concern quickly and provided options. Also, If AT&T doesn’t work out, the might be able to take their comedy show on the road. :-)

Had a great experience here. Dakota and Julia were wonderful, we had a hard time getting my parents added to my plan because of some issues with their previous service provider, but Julia kept at it and got the problem fixed. Would highly recommend this store and their employees.

I went into the AT&T store in Greeneville. I was greeted by a girl I believe her name was Julia. I’m sorry if it’s the wrong name. She was extremely helpful and made switching from an android to an iPhone extremely easy. I usually hate going into phone stores. You can usually make settlement on a house faster than buying a new phone. But not this time I went in I wanted an IPhone. So I knew going from an android to Iphone was going to be a nightmare. But Julia (don’t hold me to that) made it super simple and I was in and out of there in under an hour. I highly recommend if you’re with AT&T and thinking about a new phone to just go in and see her. It might be busy. But she multitasks better than most. You won’t be there that long at all.

Store was very clean. Associate working was super nice and helpful. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in stock, she ordered my phone to be shipped to my home in a few days. Good store to shop with!

It's a super low value store (out of the 12times I've been, its been near completely dead). Which means the employees there, are always available so not long wait times for service. Always friendly theres a woman with a sleeve of Disney tattoos WE LOVE HER, she always has the right answers an gives the best honest advice i could ever ask for. Other employees are great too we just almost always work with her. Great store!

Andrew the manager is the best you could ask for. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want, can afford and are satisfied when you leave. The service is on point and done with true respect and caring for their customers. Friendly and genuine... thank you for being the perfect example of what customer service looks like!

Jennie and her team are always great to work with. We have a very complicated bill with multiple lines both business and personal. If I need anything I always call Jennie because she will get it right and help us find a solution that best fits our needs. Only good experiences for us at AT&T in Greenville. 👍🏽

Great experience had a good time great employees that work here. Helps with the situation and got to the issue of the problem and fixed real quick. Dakota(Dilbert Darvis)and Megan are great workers here make sure to come check out this store and come get you a new phone and or some direct tv.

Every time I go up there they're very nice they help me out when I need it they answer my questions perfectly delete so I am very satisfied with AT&T store in Greenville Tennessee

Drew is always attentive and knows exactly what I need. My concerns are always taken care of and I am always a happy camper at the end of my visit. Thank God for Drew at Greeneville AT&T. I will miss him so much when he leaves🥲❤

I believe that the employees at the particular store makes your experience great or not. Jordan and Dakota at this store were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming to this store based on my experience.

They are good people and down to earth but they really need more staff. Most transactions take some time and I can imagine how stressful it is on them when they have a few people waiting.

Jennie at the AT&T store was so good. She help me get my plan set up to the I wanted and didn't stop till I was satisfied. I would recommend the store to all my friends and family.

The girls in the store were both a huge help with setting up my phones. Friendly and funny. They make the time go by fast when working on your phones.

Great place with great service

I’m a Verizon customer...I walked into the wrong place; spent 4 hours trying to find my account. I laughed, they laughed, we all are now best friends and hangout on the weekends. Ask them about about Sunday’s best....they’ll get it.
