Soy Cubano, located at the Wash, offers a delightful Cuban culinary experience that is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Having recently visited for the second time, I can confidently say that this take-out and outdoor dining gem exceeded my expectations.

Despite the tight parking situation, the overall experience at Soy Cubano is one I'd gladly repeat. The inviting outdoor setting enhances the dining atmosphere, allowing patrons to savor their meals al fresco. You have your choice of Peruvian, Cuban, Thai, Vietnamese food and quesadillas. Over the past year and a half we’ve tried each establishment and have not had a bad meal yet! Great if you’re with a group that has different tastes so everyone has options that will please everyone. Outdoor seating has been upgraded with overhead covering and for cooler nights they have an outdoor fireplace. Oh! Can’t forget to mention there’s also a bar for adult beverages! Don’t hesitate, GO!!!

Wide variety of food choices in one place with a nice outside seating area. It was also a quick place to grab food if you are looking for good food, quickly.

I love the variety of the food available! I chose the California burrito and it was amazing! I loved the outdoor fireplace and that I could bring my chihuahua with me.

I’ve been curious to check out The Wash so tonight we did! We ate at SS Gai and their Thai Fried Chicken that I had seen photos of was delicious. It was very crisp and flavorful. For sure will go back to The Wash and to try the other food vendors out. This is a great place!!

What a cool concept & perfect addition to East Nashville. 5 local small kitchen concepts that each serve unique, delicious food & a sixth place which is a cocktail bar. From my understanding, all of the restaurants will be minority owned & could potentially rotate out since this is more of a launch pad for them. I loved being able to order food from different spots to share and taste different things, and enjoyed the happy hour from the bar. We brought our dog to the patio and soaked in this gorgeous weather. Highly recommend visiting— parking is the only downfall, but there is some around.

Had the Beef Pho. It was good when we got it and even better for breakfast the next morning.!!

Really fun place with a bunch of food options with different cuisines even (plus one place for alcohol). It’s a really nice outdoor seating area (but only outdoor).

Great space to try different cuisines all at the same place. Outside patio seating if the weather is beautiful. Fireplace and benches with nice bamboo. You have to park in the street though if you're not just taking out.

Great place to hang out, eat and have a good experience. Seven different options to choose from, all very good. My favorite so far is Soy Cubano. Having different restaurants which offer a variety of dishes all in one place is a god send. Live music is also available at certain times.

Great options. Cuban and Peru places are my favorite, others liked the Pho. Cubano and tacos are a must. All good, will go again. Prices are reasonable.

Super nice people at bay 2 the Cuban food is soooo good. Can’t recommend them enough. Parking is a little tough but worth it.

I had one of the best/most flavorful quesadillas I’ve ever had from here yesterday. Service was speedy and good. The lady at the counter had a big smile on her face. 10/10 would recommend. Next time I will try food from a few different places.

This spot is such a great concept! Parking is street parking which isn’t my favorite but it worked out well. There is plenty of seating & covered patio area also. We ate at Soy Cubano & it was so good! We got the pan con lechon and the pan con bistec. Being from miami we miss our Cuban food so much and it’s great to finally have a spot in nash! We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other spots!

All around amazing. My cocktail from Bay 6 (watermelon frozen margarita) was amazing. And the chicken from SS Gai was incredible. I love the adaptive reuse of a former car wash into a place to get amazing food!

We enjoyed a variety of delicious foods from the Wash- we tried East Side Pho and Soy Cubano! The vibes were great on the outside patio with live music.

Sweeza was amazing! Can’t got wrong with their food. The atmosphere of The Wash is so fun and so cool to be able to get multiple different restaurants at the same time. The service was super fast as well!

It’s a collective of restaurants. Great foods, and drinks. Parking needs improvement.

Such a fun place to grab lunch! We ate at Eastside Pho but there are many options.

I can't say enough good things about this amazing place! It's set up so that you can try foods from several different cultures all in one place. There is also a full service bar. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!
