I was with Darrin Long - State Farm for 10 years. The staff are so good to work with and anytime I had need of a claim I was always directed and treated with respects. I had 5 vehicles, two homes, a boat, an RV and a motorcycle in those 11 years and they always sought out the best pricing for my needs.

Whether watching him as Defensive Captain for the Utah State Football program or settling claims for me and my brothers through the years? Darrin has been our umbrella policy for life. Always there, always consistently meeting or exceeding our expectations. . . And also, Monica is the greatest!

This office (especially Kayla) has been fantastic to work with! They have been nothing but helpful during my time with them. Not only did they do everything they could to make sure that they met my insurance needs, but they also made sure I knew that they cared about me as an individual. Unfortunately, I have to move across the country, and I am really sad to be leaving them behind. Thank you for a great experience!

I've had State Farm for 6 years and would never considerswitching companies. They have helped me through accidents, car lock outs and simply had me covered. I worked with a different agent the first 4-5 years and had billing issues. I was reccomended to give Darrin Long's office a call. I worked with Tara Long. Not only did she rectify my auto insurance problems, she set me up with renters insurance and life policy as well. Everything is tailered to my exact wants and needs and I don't have to worry about any hiccups. In my experience your insurance is only as good as your agent and his/her office. If you are looking for great coverage and perfect device i would highly recommend Darrin Long and his office!

Darrin Long's office has always saved me and my clients money over the other insurance companies. It really comes down to them paying attention to details and knowing what coverages are right for their clients. They saved me money as I switched my auto and homeowners policies over from Geico and Traveler's. They also saved my mother in law on her policies when she switched from AAA. They provide better roadside assistance options and got both of us more coverage for less money on our home owner's insurance policies. It's a local office that really knows what they're doing! Call and ask for Tara!

Monica is amazing!! Super friendly she know almost everyone by name. She is really kind and patient on explaining stuff so you understand it. She walks you through everything and checks back to make sure everything is ok.

I had been a customer for 30 years. State Farm removed my son and a car unexplained without a single attempt to talk to us to review our policy. I am leaving and never coming back again. Shameful to give a business 30 years for them to be so dismissive and uncaring about customers. Never ever use State Farm. Go literally anywhere for better rates. If State Farm wants touchless customers they should go strictly online.

Cancelled my entire family’s policy when one member got a ticket. Notified us with a very confusing letter that made it look like they were just canceling one of us. Then they wouldn’t return calls or emails. Result? We didn’t even know it was cancelled. Didn’t find out till I tried to add another car. I’ve used Darrin Long for multiple years. There’s one great staff member there. Short of that I never saw Darrin Long, and their service has consistently gone down. Get someone who cares, quickly communicates in a timely fashion, and who maybe shows up to their business once in a while.

had the worst experience with this company thay are lazy and unprofessional. Can't even return a phone call to a customer that gave them years of loyalty. I will never give state farm my business again. What a joke they are.
