Travis and Katie are the best! They handled a problem that I had with my checking with ease & offered the great customer service! I love working with these employees at this branch. And we’ll continue to bank with Keybank because of employees like Travis & Katie. They both deserve recognition for their dedication to their jobs.

There was this new old lady working there, I’ve got there ever sence I could have a bank account. I go in there 30 min ago to cash my check from work and the lady has the audacity to say that it looks like I wrote myself a check saying there wasn’t real proof that someone wrote me a check soooo stupidddd, so now it’s been sometime after and I pretty sure they fired that lady and I just wanted to say now that I’ve been treated great and I would recommend KeyBank

Great branch manager and friendly faces always there to greet you. One of the few places left where they remember you by name.

I would not recommend KeyBank at your bank I've never had any success there

Don't offer any options to pay you credit card payment except for going to the bank. I am handy capped and can't always get to the bank. It would be nice to have a call in line to make your payment.

VERY deceitful! I went to both this one AND the one in Tremonton and they all told me that I can get the Latitude credit card and have no interest on it for 15 months, the manager told me that too. Only to start getting interest 2 months later! When I called, they said they don't know why anyone would tell me that. So they talk you into getting a credit card under the guise of not having interest for 15 months, then they stick ya with the interest! Make sure you DON'T bank with these liars.

I would hide my cash in a mattress if this was the only financial bank offered!! I would rate a -ZERO if it was an option!!
