Matt Maxwell and Jesse Barron the managers went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taking great care of me. They all made me feel like family. Spur CDJR will be my only dealership.

I spoke with Spur over the course of a few days going back and forth over numbers and price. They helped me with all the numbers and calculating my out of state costs. I'm from Oklahoma and taxes different, we ultimately did not come to an agreement on the vehicle. However they did everything in their power to make it work for me. Ultimately the deal fell through on my end. I believe you can trust this dealer they went the extra mile to take care of me and the price on the truck was extremely good.

I've had many dealership experiences over the years and a bad dealer would not have been so helpful and transparent.

Preston Flaniken is the man to see. I found my dream car here after months of searching for it. It was a 2 hour drive away, but the second we got there, Preston was nothing but courteous and helpful. Paperwork was a breeze thanks to the finance department. Preston took his time to walk me through all the details with the car, which he didn’t have to, but just overall a great guy! He made this is BEST car buying experience I’ve had in my 34 years. 10/10 recommend this dealership but 100/10 recommend Preston for your car needs!

These guys are amazing! I'm from the San Antonio area, where there are more Jeep dealerships --- but no one comes close to Spur's pricing. Hands down, these guys are the best.
Drove 170 miles to pick up a Gladiator last night, and the entire team was prepped and ready to go. I was in and out. They even helped me move accessories and possessions from my trade in to my new truck. Absolutely worth the 6 hours on the road, and would make the drive again for a new Jeep.

Was able to come in and had Tim Trawick “Tim Didit” on social media assist me in purchasing a 2023 Gladiator. He was actually letting a new hire Megan (forgive me I do not know her last name) shadow him in the entire process. I honestly hate going to purchase vehicle but He and Megan were stellar and he was transparent through the whole process. I did go in with approved financing and let them give it their shot at getting me a lower rate. Again, Marisa Bogart in finance was transparent and let me know I had the best rate. The team gave me asking price on my trade after their initial offer. All in all I left there feeling like for once I had solid individuals that worked with me to get me into the gladiator. Highly recommend Jacob as your sales rep in Gatesville if you are in the market for a Chevy, GMC or even a RAM.
Originally I was looking on the Spur Chevy lot for a HD Silverado or Sierra, when Jacob came out to meet me. Jacob was very friendly and personable which is hard to find in many sales reps. It took me a few weeks and many test drives to narrow down what exactly I wanted and could afford. During this time Jacob kept my wishes and wants for a new truck at the top of his list and kept in contact with me, sending me emails of trucks that were being delivered and wondering if I was interested/wanted to test drive.
Finally, I wanted to look at a Ram and Jacob met me over at their sister Ram lot (next door) and after a few more test drives I was able to get into a new 2024 Ram.

We have been looking for a new truck for a while. My husband found what he had been looking for and contacted Tim. What a great guy! He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot), patiently showed us everything on the truck and sold us pretty quickly. We then dealt with Marisa who got our paperwork together quickly, explained everything we needed to know and got us out of there quick. Thank you both Tim and Marisa for a great experience.

The service department here is great. I took my wife’s car to other locations that wouldn’t give me answers or seemed like they didn’t want to help.
When I called to explain what was happening to Spur they listened. Not only that, but they made sure that my concerns were taken care of and kept me updated along the process.

I live pretty far from Gatesville, but had to take my elderly Father in law there for an emergency dental procedure and while on the way, my tire pressure gauge alarm alerted me to a problem with my R/R tire. I dropped him off at the dentist and went to Spur Chrysler/Dodge/Ram service desk. Before I could say anything, a gentleman asked me if he could help, I explained the situation and he squared me away immediately. Just wanted to say that I appreciated the assistance and both of the guys who helped me out in getting me back on the road within five minutes!

We were in Texas visiting family when our 2004 Escalade tranny decided to say nope I am done. Called Tim late that night when we finally made it to Gatesville. Told him our predicament, what we needed and as quickly as possible cause we had to get back to Arizona. The very next day he was already starting on the process of us buying a new truck. He is amazing. He pulled strings, got everyone at the dealership involved, all worked so hard to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Made it as smooth as possible.
