McDonald's

This is one of my favorite places to go to for bfast. In the morning the Manager is running circles around his crew, the crew is always trying to keep up. He runs a tight shift but, you can tell the crew respects him and they are always polite and kind.

This McDonald’s is a beast! Their service is quick and efficient and the food was hot and good. But the best thing about it, is that the customer service was so quick, kind, and helpful! They served us so well!

Much like most of us, we've tried multiple McDonald's in our life and I'd have to say there is only 3 that I know of that ALWAYS cooks great fresh burgers and this is one of them.

This location on the times where I went seemed to be working just fine in my experience. Good food here too, I can overall recommend.

I got the "Artist Box", and a spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was cooked perfectly, first time I had fries from this McDonald's that were cooked perfectly, not stale, and piping hot.

I know this will sound strange ..but I love the new computer screen ordering system, in that they get the order RIGHT

They must have been short staff. The night that I was there. It was very hard to get weighted on inside. I'm not one of these people that's gonna use a kiosk. I want to talk to a human being.

McDonald's definitely has the best fish sandwich on the market... french fries were served hot and salted perfectly!!

i give them 5 stars. even though they forgot one item in our order. we showed up with a large order exactly when the entire teenage community descended on them inside and the drive thru was lined up double out to the road. the few people that were working somehow managed to not scream and run away, and still managed to be courteous and get people's food to them. 🤣🤣🤣 we forgot to check our order and didn't realize till we got home that we were missing an item. so i called this morning and they are sending me the difference on the total.

I had an excellent order experience with Gatesville McDonald's on 6/25/23 the evening shift. I ordered thru the app and when I got to the drive thru everyone I encountered was so professional and friendly. Order was exact, fresh and yummy. Loving their lemonade in this hot weather, so refreshing!

I’ve never really had any kind of bad experience at Gatesville McDonalds.
I usually go through the drive through and everyone is usually polite and professional, and they are usually fairly quick.
That usually depends on how busy things are, but they always seem to be doing the best they can and keep things moving fairly quickly.
The food quality is good and I’ve always had a good experience.

It had been a year since eating McDonald's, and so I went for a late late dinner and then breakfast. This location was very friendly and provides great customer service. The food tasted better than I remembered and the 2 for $5 breakfast McGriddles hit the spot

Hard to do review on a fast food chain, since each experience is different, depending on so many things. So I'll just mention what I find unique and awesome, for starters they have holiday decorations and even dress up for Halloween and second its right next to a Pokemon Go gym that is a historical site. As for food and service, again it varies, I've had both good and bad experiences.

Stopped by to get breakfast, didn't have to wait I'm line long.

Good food and this location has the ordering kiosk. I have to say it was pretty easy to navigate. Definitely will visit this location again
