My representative was Matt. I am in the healthcare field and that’s exactly the way I was being treated as though they had to make me well before releasing me. My car was stolen and damaged pretty bad and they had my car in better condition than it was before it was stolen. I couldn’t use my insurance and Matt knew this. He made it clear to me of what should be my primary concerns and it was affordable. He also put me contact with a company to help with the bill , if I needed it . Did I mention that my car was ready within a week. The service team even stayed after hours so I can get my car. Really on a Friday. I purchased this car from Ed Morse in Duncanville in 2021 and I was treated like I was Ed’s wife. It was my honor to write this review because the power at be, and consumers need know , Ed Morse team is a blue print for building lifelong satisfying customers.

I had the privilege of coming to Freedom due to a recall on my jeep. I was a little upset due to the lady on the phone telling me that I could make an appointment and drop my car off and get it back the same day same day. Once I made the appointment and got there that wasn't the case. To my knowledge the part that I needed was on back order and it would take longer to get. I was a little confused but I felt it was nothing left to do but wait. And let's talk about the worker that assisted me. He was excellent. He took the time to explain everything that was going on. Thank you Mr Robert Brown.. To my surprise a couple days went by and he reached out for me to bring my vehicle back and complete the job. I'm forever grateful. Thank you for being awesome. I was so worried that I wouldn't have my vehicle before I went back to work. And you completely put a smile on my face. P.s. you never know how much you need your vehicle until your without it. Fast turnaround was the best.....

Amazing service. Matt and the team did an amazing job. Matt explained the entire process and 100% transparent on the entire process and informed me of an issues that might come up. I was blown away. Amazing work. Thank you so much Matt. When I'm ready to get in to a new vehicle I will definitely shop you guys first. The sales reps are lucky to have a guy like Matt on the team.

My Service Advisor, Omar Navarro, of the Duncanville Freedom By Ed Morse (Jeep dealership) was exceptional in customer service. He promptly greeted me as soon as I walked in, and took care of the maintenance I came in for. He even offered to call up to the recall section of the shop to have my recall addressed the same day; but due to cold weather I said I would come back on a warmer day. My wait time was not very long for my oil change and I was out of the shop in no time. This service department is my preferred choice due to their prompt service.

I was on a road trip when my steering fluid line broke. I decided to take my van into these guys with no notice and had it back the next day. These guys were extremely helpful and accommodating given the emergency.

I appreciate that they did a good inspection of my vehicle and especially my tires. The tread is good on all tires but a closer inspection revealed dry rot between the cracks caused by age - going on 6 years. I would not have noticed that detail simply by looking at my tread as I walk around my car. This is very important for my safety and other motorist. I will be replacing those two tires within the week.
Much thanks to the service tech for catching that safety flag.

When my tire unexpectedly popped and went completely flat on the exit ramp the first place that looked like they might be able to help was Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was relieved to have that potential emergency take place right near a business that includes a service station! Upon my arrival the entire staff were very friendly and professional. Daveon is the person who took over as my service tech/hero. He and the team of professionals in the shop quickly pulled my car in, lifted it up, examined the tire and found that it could do with a patch. The service was quick, friendly, kind and they got me back on the road in mere minutes. What could have been a big inconvenience turned out to be a quick unplanned stop and nothing more. I want to thank the staff who were there today as well as Daveon for a very positive experience.

Amazing service. I assure Maddison (edit) me feel had used to go to another dealership but their customer service was really lacking. I called and was able to get in the next day. Madison greeted me at soon as I arrived. Even though we only needed a small repair under the Chrysler contact, she never made me feel like she didn't care (like the other place). She kept on constant contact and the repair was completed in one day as promised.

Very nice people and very professional. They fix my vehicle after a mechanic shop charged me and causes me more issues than I had before I bought it to them. Take my advice go to the dealership because I end up paying more money messing with these so call shops. I could have save myself time and money going to the dealership from the start. I want ever be cheap again. Thank you my Advisor and Mechanic for being honest and truthful from the start it meant a lot. Go to Freedom Dodge. Seriously!!!!!!! I rolling again. Yes Sir!

Purchased a Jeep wit Mike Forbes… He was awesome 👏🏽 he’s not the salesman that will rush you! Very personable an detail oriented! He focus on trying to put you in the car or truck you want! Baby when I say I worked Mike lol it was cold and I didn’t like the first car the guy behind the glass… I call him the wizard because it’s the person the salesman go speak with when you’re trying to get a certain car! I hate the wizard at all car lots lol
But we went back an forth with a couple vehicles down payment amount etc until I saw a Jeep I loved! Yeah I did have to up my down payments to get into something better because im honest about my credit being a little challenged right now!
But he’d talk to me go back behind the glass talk to the wizard an we worked something out! 😂😂😂 I’m more than happy with my Jeep! Thanks Mike Forbes ☺

My son is a 1st time buyer ....we actually walked in off the street after not liking an experience at a tote 2 note....I told my son let's give this place a try maybe they will be better even though they are a bigger lot well David our sales rep treated us like royalty ...we got a newer car 2021 it has in my opinion TOO many features for a 1st time buyer...power locks/ power windows/ a camera/ remote start/ updated rims...the payments are VERY reasonable...GO SEE DAVID & DAVE (manager) & Anthony (finance manger) TODAY...you will drive away happy 😊
