I went to get my 2017 Gmc Terrain service from a previous part that was repaired and ended up with my Dream Car the new2024 Chevy Trax from service Chris Hightower to the saleman Bishop Oliver Summons to the manager Syndey to the representative Christia Davila who showed me how to use my Key Fob to the 2024 Chevy Trax they all were very professional helpful and courteous and nice. The service experience was not bad however there should be some system upgrades. Text notifications throughout from the time the car is taken into service until it is finished. Updating the customer of anything found by the service tech and possible routine maintenance unknown to the customer. Also perhaps providing Lyft service for the customer so they don’t have to sit all day for their car to be repaired. Naturally the customer is responsible for providing their own transportation to retrieve their vehicle. I think these upgrades will keep the customer feeling like a customer and not an inconvenience.

What can I say. The service team at Freedom Chevy and GMC was outstanding! Service manager Lee and Service advisor Michelle went above and beyond. I brought my truck in to get the brake pads fixed and they had me in a loaner truck within 20 min. Michelle gave me daily updates via text message and even sent me pictures once the truck was fixed. I am so grateful for them. I highly recommend buying a vehicle at this location. Thank y’all!

I just purchased a 2023 EQUINOX RS FWD. I want to especially thank Mr. William who helped me throughout the process. I haven’t seen any salesman like him. This is my 2nd time buying vehicles from 2 different dealerships. He is the best(Decent guy). If anyone out there looking to buy a vehicle get it from him. I have always had great service with Freedom Chevrolet. In my opinion, I don't see how you could make it any better. I was checked in, and within 10 minutes, they were telling me the issue and how to get it corrected. No nickel and diming. Straight and to the point. They are busy and they understand that you are as well. Fantastic service.

Wonderful experience. Milton (salesman) was very transparent about my entire process. I thoroughly appreciated his quick work. I was able to reserve a new Buick while it was in transit. I bought it the following week when it came in. The staff didn’t pressure me to finance with them nor did they add on unreasonable fees. They showed me clear pricing and was very detailed with every step.
