I went to the store to purchase a screwdriver not knowing what type or the best quality. The salesperson, Bryson has made my day. He saw me wandering. He approached me and greeted me, then asked if I needed help. I replied yes, he walked me through the aisle and helped selected. Then he offered to assist me install my license plates. He demonstrated outstanding customer service with respect and care. I wanted to share this with everyone.

Stopped by to check our battery life on our car. A very helpful gentleman named Bryson came out let us know for sure our battery was dead. Went in knew exactly what we needed. Also gave us options for other O'Reilly stores if we were looking for a more cost effective battery. Then he came out to put the battery in for us. He was quick and patient with us while we dealt with some rowdy children in the car. He made sure the car started up and we were ready to go. Quick, polite, and thoughtful service. Very impressed.

The customer service from Starr and Rudy is amazing and it makes me and my buddy’s lives easier when they go the extra mile to find me some parts and various other things to make the job go easier. Gotta love the passion and patience these guys have.

Ethan and his associate( sorry I forgot your name) helped me save over 800$. great customer service. these guys will help you no matter the problem. thank again guys it was one of those brain fat days. very clean and organized. even stayed open a little longer to help me.

Wonderful customer service! Over the top service. My car was acting up and my old mechanic was trying to cheat me out of my money, but God blessed me to go to O'Reilly's and not only did they put my battery in my car they helped me find a much better mechanic

Have always bought my car batteries at Oreilly's. Moved from California to Texas and I have say that they hire great customer service no matter where they are.

i walked in with a problem about my break light and for some reason nobody carries the part i need. colton went out of his way to try every connecter and in the store with my light bulb to find one that works. unfortunately none did but colton was so nice and kind that i didn’t even care that none worked. whoever is in charge needs to give that man a raise!

Joel and his team were super helpful, courteous, and quick to identify and address my problem. I really appreciate that they treated me like I know what I’m doing and didn’t try to upsell or scare me. Joel especially was encouraging and supportive and got me in and out in under 10 minutes. I’ll be shopping here in the future!

I was beyond grateful for Dirk’s help when I came in to ask questions about changing my own battery, and purchasing some extra tools I needed as well. I successfully changed my own battery in my car for my first time without having to take it into the shop and it felt so good. With some help and assistance from my boyfriend as well.😊 I now have the proper tools and knowledge on how to successfully change it on my own from now on. Thank you Dirk for all of your help.

I needed help finding screws for my license plate and a gentleman called Dirk helped not only find right size but he even put them on my car as well. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I needed some help getting my motorcycle started this evening after work. Luckily, I was around the corner from O'Reilly's on McKinney street in Denton, Tx. Dirk, who was very courteous and helpful, helped me get back on the road. I was very thankful for his service, his helpfulness and for the courteous, professional manner in which he conducted himself!!! Thank you Dirk!!!! Knowledge and Kindness: Ethan and James were so very kind to wait for me a few minutes past closing time. I had an emergency in need of an auto part and only their location had it. They made sure that I had everything I needed to fix my husband's truck who was stuck in the middle of nowhere in Oklahoma Sunday night. You don't get this customer service everywhere nowadays. :) THANK YOU!!

Best place to get just about anything for your vehicle. Always ask for Dirk, he and the rest of the folks there are very informed, educated to get exactly what you’ll need. My experience included Dirk making sure I had additional parts I hadn’t even considered. I appreciate his help and knowledge greatly.

If anyone gives this place a bad review it's probably because they are Karens... These guys here are so helpful and nice period! I love to write positive reviews. I just needed a new battery but the service and willingness to help goes beyond the services others are giving during this god forsaken pandemic. Its nice to see that nowadays. Great job Ethan!
