I can't say enough about Ryan! He is professional and personal at the same time. We have our home, auto and business policies with him. We have had several claims over the years and he has always shown up personally and helped us through the process. Day or night he has aways been there for us. When rates decreased he called and let us know, re-wrote our policy and saved us money. He's honest and a true friend. I am so grateful for the service and value we have always found with Ryan Englund & Farmers Insurance.

When I switched to Farmers last year Ryan was able to customize my insurance while providing an insightful understanding of each line item. He has always been pleasant and prompt to get any questions answered. I'll continue to recommend him to my family and friends.

Ryan has been my insurance agent for over 15 years. His expertise saw me though purchasing and insuring rental properties. And now his insurance services continue even though I've moved out of state and still have rental properties in Utah. I've certainly had other insurance agents over the years, but none has matched the high level of service Ryan consistently delivers. He's even moved into the digital age by offering online Zoom meetings, which is just what I need to stay in touch with him from out of state. Any beyond all that, Ryan is just plain fun to talk to. No insurance review ever needs to be boring!

Ryan and his staff have done an excellent job of helping me with my Insurances. I have everything with him, house, cars, life, and my business. They always answer my questions and correct any problems. He helped me with a claim 2 years ago and it was very easy to get my truck fixed. I shopped around and found some cheaper options but I do feel like I get my dollars worth from him.

Ryan makes it such a simple process. He understands that there are multiple places that we can go for insurance but the agent you have can make a difference. Explaining that insurance is only good for when you need it, and when you need it you really need it. So we got a good policy but a better agent.

We went in to Ryan's office to go over our policy. He was very informative, and helped us understand it. He was able to detail our policy in a way that we understood. As we went over it, we found a few changes we could make to reduce our monthly rate. He was kind and generous. We walked out feeling accomplished, and in no way belittled by the system.....

I've been with a few different insurance agencies in my lifetime and my experience with Farmer's has far surpassed the others (I have a few auto policies and a homeowner's policy). Like most people, I hate filing an insurance claim and I don't do it very often. Christmas 2017 we had a pipe burst on our lawn which in turn flooded our basement. We shut the water off to the house and I had to leave the next day. I called Ryan the next day and he was at our house to help troubleshoot the problem and also explain every part of what was going to happen. No one wants to have to deal with these kinds of disasters but Ryan was prompt and incredibly helpful with filing the claim and making sure everything was taken care. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan - 6 out of 5 stars!
