Johnny is the BEST agent around, if it wasn’t for him I would have left Allstate along time ago. He has taken care of my family for almost 9 years. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Great communication, which let’s be honest is hard to get now days. Always makes himself available even when he’s out of the office. You won’t be disappointed with the way he conducts business. 10 stars if I could hand out more.

Unparalleled attention and customer service. Johnny and his team have, for years, made me feel like I am their only client. They are serviceable, patient, and when they try to help you, they do so because they care that you have the best experience with them, not just because they want your business. Not only have they consistently provided the best quotes, but they have my back and take away the stress that can sometimes be associated to working with insurance companies and filing claims. As a service, the team is phenomenal. Johnny as an individual is such a top notch guy.

To begin with, Micah is one of the most genuine and kind humans I’ve come across over the phone. In the land of horrendous customer service Micah is a beacon of light! Very helpful and not the stereotypical “sales/up sales” type I’ve experienced before in insurance. The Johnny Kuntz office is better off having her there and all those enjoyer her would agree. Bree has been my family’s agent for some time now and she continues to be amazing and get us great rates! Great Customer service and Bree was really great to work with. She was very pleasant both by phone and email and she provided quick and helpful feedback regarding any of my questions or concerns. Allstates prices were also highly competitive and had the best rates of coverage.

Every person I've spoken with here has been very helpful and responsive to getting me what I need. New cars, moving house, changing plans, etc, always gets done quickly and with a smile.

Not only when things are good they provide excellent customer service they also take care of you when your situation changes. I cannot begin to say how different they are compared to other agents.
