Best experience ever in purchasing my Harley! I had been frustrated with other dealers wanting astronomical deposits that seem to match the value of the bike. Yes, my credit was why. Fortunately, I don't give up easy and came across Twisted Cycles. Awsome place to buy a used bike from. No credit was no problem. My saleswoman got me in and stayed late to get my paperwork done. I came unprepared and she even thru in a set of goggles so I could drive my bike home. Everybody there was awsome!

If your looking at the market and checking out dealerships its worth your time to go check out Twisted Cycles. I hate dealers that use high pressure sales tactics and normally walk away. We came up from San Antonio a 4+ hr drive to see if all the reviews were truthful. Christina at Twisted never tried to twist my arm, led me straight to the bikes i was looking for and was very knowledgeable on the bikes. All the positive reviews are earned i can assure you. Financing was super easy ( I thought no way ) but yes. Taylor was very kind and detailed on the financial side as well and painless to work with. If your like me and are hesitant about dealerships go try Twisted Cycles you will be extremely happy with the service the whole team there provides.

I have been to a couple of places looking for a bike and have had some horrible experiences in the past. I ended up doing in-house financing here and got a 2007 GSXR600. Had some concerns but Twisted Cycles took care of me and got the issue resolved! Tanner is an awesome person to talk to regarding any question you have and the sales staff are pleasent. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's nice to know there are still places around that actually care about you when it comes to purchasing a bike!!

Twisted has now been the place I’ve had two bikes from. I was shocked when I had an unfortunate find on my ride I was trading in. They took the trade and could take a loss at auction. They honored the deal like we had agreed to anyway! They didn’t have to. They could’ve easily said no to the trade. Man of his word I think so! They all worked with me so we could make the deal happen. I’ve read so many hateful comments on here about old management and staff. Well guys it’s all much different now! Respect them and they will do anything to get you on a ride. Now, if you are looking for brand new bikes and such go somewhere else. They do have a few but specialize in used bikes. It may have a ding or something missing and if they see it they will fix it. When I brought my trade in. I rode in with my little girls 7 year old. Had a back rest and such for her safety. The other did not have the mounting brackets. The service guy worked his @ss off for 2 hours to get everything swapped. Did they have to???? no! But the boss and the shop just went the next mile to ensure my little one was safe as she could be on the road home! Kristina is absolutely awesome. Great in sales but is also a rider herself! Friendly staff and owners. Bought a 2011 heritage softail. There was no pressure what so ever. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a good motorcycle. If you buy from here you wont buy junk.

My husband was having a trouble with other motorcycle dealers due to not having established credit and was about to give up until I seen a post on Craigslist. The post my husband said was too good to be true. I said leta see what they say and if it sounds like bs then at least u tried. Cynthia called me within minutes spoke to him and answed all of our questions on 12/30 we filled out the application that night and by 11am the next morning on new years eve my husband found the bike he wanted. Everything was so simple and easy. Went to go pick up the bike and sign the papers at the Lubbock location and Anthony was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone who looking for a bike and is tired of the dealers that are just feeding you bs to make a sale to try them out. You won't be disappointed.

So this is how this went. I went to a another shop to get a bike and got the run around then went to twisted cycle in north Dallas tx on craigslist and filled out the application and then Javier texted me and I was scared to call him back then Christina called me and I said ok I'll call the first thing they can say is no so I called they got me approved and the whole process was a breeze came to get the bike I wanted and left them it so happy for them thank y'all for everything.

I stopped by because I needed a few things and I was greeted by Tanner at the door. A firm handshake and a bike complement later he was pointing me in the right direction to what I needed. He looked out for me and the other employees had great hospitality as well. They wanted to talk about my bike and see if I had any good stories. It’s nice to know that your working with good spirited riders instead of another salesman. Personally I was happy with the service and I recommend stopping by and saying hi.
