I had such a positive experience renting a storage unit! Tammy & Olivia were both super helpful, transparent, and overall very pleasant! The facility itself is very clean and easy to navigate. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here for your storage rental needs!

Super easy to get setup and they had nice, clean and new facilities with a lot of options. Great security. Easy convenient sliding door side entrances with close elevator access. Staff was very helpful and got me in and out.

I, like many people these days, needed to rent a unit to store things I have no room for. This location is close to where I live, climate controlled and relatively a new facility. I got a first class tour from Tammy, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I will probably be using this facility for up to a couple of years before I need to take my belongings to a new home . They seem to be very easy to work with and I look forward to knowing my things will be safe here at their location.

We absolutely love Tammy for everything she’s done for us! Extremely helpful and kind. This storage space is close and reasonably priced. We also love the amount of security around, never have to worry about our things being unsafe.

I am a customer at the Sugar Land storage location for more than a year. all the employees worked very hard to make it easy to check in, and keep my stuff especially the manager Tammy. The place is clean and well maintained. Tammy will address all issues from payment to checking in/out with a smile. Customer service is great . You can speak to a human. Location is accessible. They have bed trolleys to use.

From the time of writing this review I wish to say that they increased the rental price for the same unit and I really displeased. It is unfair that they give discounts to new customers while making their old loyal customers pay more

Decided to make another review on this place, I highly recommend coming here for a unit, it is the most cleanest storage place. The ladies at the front desk or very knowledgeable Olivia was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I have recommended several other people I know to come to this place for all their storage needs. Thanks again!
