When you get here, if you're facing a building, turn in the driveway on the right side of the building and come around back for shipping.
Check in and they will assign you a dock ,your pick up number may start with 855

My appointment was 1.00 pm I check in 8.00 am they gave me door right way 30 min for loading not sure about overnight parking

Checked in 5 hours prior to appointment fully loaded and out of the gate within 30 minutes

I picked up load from this warehouse. Carlos was the one I met he was very professional. He loaded my trailer very fast I had very good experience with this place

This is a very BAD place to go. They damaged our trailer while double stack loading and when the driver went to show them the damage and ask for repair cost pay, David came and was extremely arrogant, rude and said they cannot pay a dime!! He ordered the driver to leave immediately and then called the police who came in a record about 3 minutes!! The police said the manager had called them because he was blocking the entrance... driver was on the side road!! He was clearly full of bigotry and prejudiced...lots of BS! They have Pets smarts products! Petsmart should not do business with this kind of people!!!
