Their clothes have gotten a little more expensive over time, but tbh in most cases the quality is worth it. if anybody in management is reading this, give Liz a raise!! with her help, I found the first jeans I've ever felt really comfortable in. thanks liz!!

What a wonderful staff. I'm not a huge Old Navy shopper, but that may change after coming here. I was here with my sister who was looking for a dress for a friend's wedding, and they didn't just stop at directing her to where the more formal wear was located, but actually helped her put a whole outfit together. She looked amazing (although I am partial because she looks like me). We never once felt as though they were trying to nickel and dime us - they were very aware of my sister's budget, and helped us stay under it enough that she was able to get some SUPER cute jewelry to go with it. So great. Who would have thought you could get winter semi-formal wear from Old Navy - and at such a great price, too! Fabulous staff - knows exactly what they're doing.

Jen was amazing! She helped me prep for an interview and gave me some great advice on clothing. Helped me pick it out and all. Cashier was very friendly as well.

Old Navy is my go-to store for khaki shorts and flip flops. Today they were basically out of every size except 2s and 4s. They did remind me I could order online but I needed them today.

Affordable selection. I always do online pickup and they're fast with that. It's nice because I get to skip the line. Parking is good and the store is always well organized.

No complaints. The store is always clean and well-kept when I visit. I recommend shopping on sales or clearance as the prices are a little high for the quality otherwise.
