Natalie at the Red Bird location is the most patient and understanding person I’ve had the pleasure of being a customer in a very long time. Thanks to the Covid pandemic and it’s unplanned for collateral damage of me losing work, I was unable to make my payments. Fortunately for me, Natalie has stayed in touch with me just to check on me and give me updates whenever anything came up on her end. Because of her and her willingness to work with me during a difficult time in life, I’ve been able to save my property from being sold at auction. On top of that, she never once spoke to me in a negative tone. I’ve always felt she legitimately cares about what’s going on in my life, and we have never met outside of phone calls and e-mails. Natalie is the reason I will remain a customer for a very long time.

Customer service was really great. The guy was training however despite he still managed too engage me, and he even carried my moving boxes out.
