Delta Charlie's Bar & Grill

The food was not high end but really food for a airport dinner. They have beers, wine and cocktails. This is a cool date night! The flight was short but sweet. Super amazing views of downtown Dallas! Totally worth checking out for a special occasion, first date or just something new to do!

Heard about this on tiktok and immediately booked. The scheduling process was a little bit hectic because of certain blackout dates and then we originally booked for my Birthday in October but due to weather conditions, we were rescheduled for February which is totally understandable! The whole experience is fun and the servers/staff are super nice. The food is delicious - I got the NY Strip which I highly recommend and my spouse got the pasta. Alcoholic beverages are extra so make sure you read your flight confirmation in full as well as an added flight tax. Flights were running behind but it’s WORTH THE WAIT. The pilots were professional and special shoutout to ours, Cadence (sorry if I misspelt). This was overall very romantic and a great “date night”.

I took my wife on a date there and the atmosphere was AMAZING!! The general manager Patrick was the coolest! The server and pilot were so friendly! I recommend the pilot name Tony and get any server make sure to chat with Patrick

The quality of the food served was impressive, and it definitely met my expectations. Along with that, the service provided by the staff was excellent and made the entire dining experience even better. They were very attentive, making sure that everything was perfect and meeting all of our needs. Additionally, what made the experience even more amazing was the affordability of the prices. It was definitely a steal considering the quality of food and service. The prices were incredibly reasonable, and it was hard to believe that we were getting such great value for the money spent. It's not every day that you come across a restaurant that offers such a great balance of quality and affordability. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal at an affordable price with top-notch service.

Loved it! My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to try something different. We were both excited and we both loved it! Our reservations were at 830pm but we got there a little early so we actually got to do our flight at 8pm and dinner after. Food was good. Service could be better, our server kept disappearing but overall a great experience! Very romantic! We even got to witness a proposal! She said yes! I definitely recommend!

Our Pilot, was Andrew and man was he amazing. Great pilot, great conversationalist. The flight was awesome, truly and experience you’ll have to try. I was a bit timid at first, but quickly realized that my fear was unwarranted
Not to mention excellent service and a warm welcoming from the manager of the establishment himself, Patrick! Truly a mesmerizing moment. Definitely coming back. Would certainly recommend ✅

Came tonight to celebrate the Mr's birthday 🎂. Signed up for both dinner and flight ✈ The flight was awesome and fun. We enjoyed it. The dinner perfectly cooked and you get a 3 course meal with entree dinner and dessert. The place is welcoming. And they all greet you. Our server was wonderful. We definitely will be back.☺

Delta Charlie’s is a very underrated spot! For the price of flying and the food, this was an amazing deal. Our pilot Hunter was very nice and knew what he was doing, the flight was very smooth, both take off and landing. Our server was very kind and supportive. The alcoholic drinks were very good and weren’t too strong. The salads were prepared nicely. The choice of entree is limited but very delicious as we got the pasta with chicken and the pasta was very al dente and the sauce full of flavor, followed by a well season chicken breast. If you are looking to take a loved one on a nice flight to see the beautiful Dallas skyline, Delta Charlie’s is your spot! Thanks to the staff here.

I had the artichoke and mushroom veggie pasta, and my boyfriend had the New York strip. They were both delicious! We ate first at 6:30pm, and then proceeded to our flight at 8pm. It was the most perfect timing! We were able to experience the beautiful sunset at dinner, as well as the insanely colorful sunset ending in our flight. Before we landed, we were also fortunate enough to see the sun go down to illuminate the Dallas skylights. It absolutely exceeded our expectations! Thanks to our amazing pilot, bartender (Aaron), server(miranda), and the manager(Patrick). They were all so attentive and made sure we had a night to remember!

This was so fun and a great date night! We booked our reservation for 8:30pm for a sunset flight. Jaylon was our pilot and he did an amazing job. Great photographer too, lol.
Quick tip: the reservation has the Dallas address but you go to Grand Prairie and the restaurant is called Radial Cafe. They should definitely add those details to the Groupon.
As for food, I had the filet upgrade and he had tilapia. Both were good. The cheesecake dessert was still a little frozen in the center. The drinks were disappointing. I only took a couple sips of my Mai Fly. Should have gotten a beer.
With the upcharges just remember the tab will be pricey at dinner for the fuel, and any extras you get. 🙂
Overall a really fun night and so worth it!

Excellent. Got a dinner and a plane flight as a gift. Well worth it. We did get canceled and had to reschedule one time, but hang in there.
Dinner was good, limited selection but still very well presented and tasted good.
Plane flight was awesome, first time in a small plane and turned out to be great. Pilot did say sometimes turbulence can happen, but our flight was smooth as can be. See pictures, I did some video too, check it out.

I brought my husband here for his birthday and it was everything I hoped for and more. The staff was great, the atmosphere was great and the anticipation of taking a personal flight with my husband was so exciting! Our pilot was very thorough about explaining everything and making us feel safe and comfortable. The flight was smooth and seeing the Dallas skyline from that close was absolutely amazing! I’d recommend anyone to go and experience this at least once. I believe we’ll be doing it again soon.

The helicopter ride was fantastic. It was awesome! It was much smoother than I could have imagined. I thought it would be choppy, but the weather was beautiful, sunny, gorgeous day. The take off was so swift, and we were up in the air before you knew it. The view of the skyline was amazing. Seeing the highways, streets, neighborhoods, and various DFW landmarks were outstanding. The 12 minutes or so goes by so fast. I really appreciate the detailed explanations of what we were seeing that our pilot gave us. It was definitely a memorable experience, very happy to have tried this activity.

First time visit. As a fan of airport restaurants, this one is really nice. Fairly regular Texas menu, with burgers, nachos, etc. I love the pulled pork nachos. The pork was smoky and delicious. Such a surprise. My wife's steak was a bit overcooked, but had a great flavor. If you're flying in, or just driving by, I recommend this place. They have a dinner and flight package if interested.

Zak was incredibly accommodating and got me into a slot. My 3 year old daughter and I had a great little date night and she had the time of her life! Aidan was a fantastic pilot with a great personality. So all sorts of great views and the private airplane experience is so much fun!

First I want to tell you about the customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ when making my reservation, the lady was so patient and friendly working so hard to accommodate my date & time of flight. We arrived early thinking we could sit at the bar to have a few drinks~ there wasn’t a bar, but no problem because they allowed us to sit in the restaurant 1.5 hrs before our meal and served us drinks. Crystal was our waitress and WOWZERS 🤩 she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, prompt, attentive and allowed us to have our romantic moments. She is absolutely the reason this place gets 5 stars! The flight was a quick 20 min tour. It was beautiful at night. The pilot was friendly and took a few photos for us. I highly recommend this place for a date night, birthday and or a perfect place for a romantic proposal

wowww!! This is the finest location if you want to take a private flight and experience downtown Dallas at night. In my opinion, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you should treasure always. It takes roughly 50 minutes to drive from my house to the Delta Charlie restaurant in Dallas Executive Airport. It costs $250 without flight taxes or tips for the two-person package, which includes dinner and a private flight experience. Reservations are done over the phone. I had a lovely time that I will never forget, and the food is excellent it comes with Salad, One Entrée & desert which is free (package) and you can always choose the items you want from menu for some charge.

Celebrated father's day and it was amazing. It was our first time on a plane and i felt safe the entire time thanks to our pilot Hunter. We will definitely return for a nighttime view. Food was also good and they even wrote a special message on our dessert. Thank you for the experience! :)

I came here to celebrate my anniversary after being with my boyfriend for 13 years. The staff was amazing. The place was very clean, great music selection, the waiters and waitresses were attentive and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We didn’t wait long for anything. My boyfriend planed a surprise engagement and the staff helped record, take pics, coordinate the plane ride and pop the question by including it in my dessert. I was surprised and felt special the entire night. I appreciate everyone involved at this restaurant including our amazing pilot Charlie. I will forever hold Delta Charlie’s in my heart for making my epic engagement nothing short of amazing!
