Easy drop n hook and guards are super friendly. I never deal with the shipping/recieving office and a ton of space. Love when this place pops up on my screen.

Security Guard is friendly. Appointment was at 10:00. Arrived there at 9:30 got a dock right away and was out by 10:30. Easy IN and OUT for me.

Checked in 1 hr prior to appointment was assigned a dock door loaded in about and hr. Smooth process check in an out at guard shack you pick up your bol there as well must have a pick number that starts with either 200 or 525.

This facility is very well organized clean. Compared to Romeoville we have a long way to catch up to their standards. I also like the workers they have morals and do the job right the first time. I wish it was like that back home it would save us alot of work and stress.

Just off of i20on the westbound side. Head north on mountain creek. Once you pass the little truck stop and barbecue joint with the sonics, kimclark is the next facility on right. Do not turn into the first entrance, pull down, to the second one where you see the guardshack. Everything is done at guradshack, even bills are printed once loaded. Takes about 8minytes to check in and up to 4hoyrs to get loaded. Depending on the customer and product. You can also drop trailer and come back later if necessary. Huge clean facility and professional employees. Once docked, you dont have to go to shipping office or anything, they load you and Greenwich your when bills are at gurdshack.

Cool security guard. Quick in and out because I was only picking up an empty trailer but lot is pretty big and organized

This place has very helpful and Knowledgeable staff to make sure that a driver's experience is the BEST
