Daniel & Co. has some of the best customer service I've experienced. Super friendly and helpful staff! They also don't shy away from getting to know their customers personally and figuring out how to cater to their specific needs. Elena was super helpful and sat down to talk with me one on one. While they diagnosed what was wrong with my grandfathers watch. She even offered to polish my earrings which had become very dull. By the time she was finished they looked better than new! I highly recommend giving Daniel & Co. a visit for any of your jewelry or watch needs. 10 out of 10!

Amazing customer service! I brought an Amazon watchband in to replace an old watchband on Nixon watch. The watch band did not fit but they were able to figure it out and fix it for me! So glad they didn’t give up. The watch looks brand new! Thank y’all so much!

The customer service here is top notch! I was greet promptly by the entire staff and they were quick to answer my questions regarding my watch. As I waited for the battery to be replaced, the saleswomen chatted with me and shared info about some of the jewelry in their store. I will definitely be a returning customer.

A great place to do business !!!! Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their jewelry. Stopped in to get my band adjusted on my Rolex. It took a whole two minutes !!!!! Came back the next day to get my wife’s ring sized. They had to keep it for a week. Another store told me it would take three weeks. All the girls there are very friendly and very patient Answering all my questions without feeling rushed !!!!!!! If you’re in Conroe and you need something go to Daniel & Co.. Stop in and see Elena you won’t be disappointed !!!!!

Daniel & Co. is the only jewelry store I am willing to work with. The girls at the Conroe location are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I dropped my watch off with them for service and it was returned better than it was brought in. They also made sure the process was transparent every step of the way.

I went to Daniel & Co. to have my battery in my watch. Elena was very helpful & polite she was able to replace my battery set the date. The best part was the price $16. I will be back to shop & have my battery replaced. Thank you again Elena.
