Had major issue with a return. Home Depot updated software and integrated old to new software. My receipt was nowhere to be found for past purchase history. Josh Asst Mgr. And Pablo are fantastic. Tried an hour to help me. I appreciate employees who give a care. So hard to find.

I ordered a ladder online at this Home Depot. I have been to many of their stores and they usually have a good set up but I was impressed with this location since before I walked in. My online order was simple. The communication of the process of my order was informative. I drove up to the location and This place was very organized even on the outside. Home depot are always busy and the flow of traffic was organized and the materials were neat. I walked inside and I was impressed with how clean, organized and How nice the store was. Usually you can't find help in most stores here at every turn was an employee ready to help. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and also as I was walking out. My order was a curbside order and the lady quickly came out to make sure my order was correct before she delivered it. After confirming she went back into the store and within a couple of minutes had my ladder and brought it out and even offered to help me load it. Location definitely deserves 5 stars all around from service, cleanliness, organization etc. I do not live close to this location but I do recommend this location to anybody in the area.

There's a gentlemen who's work in the plumbing department who has been a huge blessing to me. We talked for a good hour and he was very patient with me. This man deserves a raise! His name is Albert! Cheers to you 🍻🥂

I bought a rolling cart tool box and the team that helped me load it was fast, efficient and helpful. Safety was a big concern for them and that is good to see.

Update: Desiree in flooring was super helpful in finding the carpet I needed last minute. My job is on a deadline and this location didn't have enough of what I needed, so she looked up what I needed and sent me to another store. Grateful for home depot employees like her!

I visited this place to purchase BERH paint. The paint guy was very generous. Everything is well organized. There are many options to choose from at this location.

Albert is the MVP. He works in the plumbing department and was able to answer all my answers in a professional manner. Let's go Albert!

Was having trouble deciding on what to get, David in the paint section custom made me a primer and paint. He had great knowledge and made everything flow easier

I needed to purchase LED bulbs and they have 8 packs of soft white and daylight white. I got one of each for my place. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Love this store and the older lady running self checkout who insisted on helping me with a smile. She also offered me carryout help with my ac and her whole manner really made my day. Excellent customer service.

I want to recognize Jerome who works outside in the front helping load and retrieve baskets. A couple of weeks ago I purchase 6 patio chairs. Jerome stepped up immediately to help me load. They didn’t fit right in truck bed and he volunteered to get in bed and help arrange them. As I’m 65 and not limber, I gladly accepted his offer. He also found a rope in back and tied them down for me. Fast forward to tonight and we purchased 2 too many chairs. As I drove into the parking lot with them in bed of truck, he spotted me and went to get a push cart to help. He unloaded them for me and took them into customer service to help me get a refund. This is a polite classy kind helpful young man who needs to be recognized for his kindness and good attitude towards your customers. He also remembered me from the previous time 2 weeks ago when I purchased the 6.

We are planning to sand my husband's grandma's wood patio table. She had it for 30 years and we wanted to make sure we knew what we were doing. Cedric was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction and recommended we use the Makita 5" random orbit sander with grit package that has 80, 150, and 220 choices. He was very polite and helpful and we appreciate his time in helping us.

Karen helped us get our pedestals exchanged and was very kind and helpful. We were able to get our issue resolved and we appreciated her time and help.

Was a very nice store... had exactly what I needed while I was there Associates were very helpful in finding my exact parts that I needed and the price is quite low indeed.... place is very conveniently located right off the highway access is easily notated from the street I'm glad this is my Home Depot

Home depot is one of the places where real men and women love to shop. I was very impressed with the customer service we received from our cashier. I went there to buy a dryer power cord and left with not only that but two roach motels AND a Honda Lawnmower haha

Great place to buy tools and lumber. Also good for buying gardening supplies.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Mr. Tom in Appliances he was very very helpful when my stepmom and I went in to look for a fridge for one of her rent homes. His customer service was top notch and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Associates and employees like Mr. Tom make you want to come back! He was very sweet, attentive and friendly. We’ll for sure be stopping by soon to purchase some more appliances. They have a nice garden section. The app aisle locations are very vague when your looking for stuff but I normally come here for the plants anyways.

I want to say mr Albert in the plumbing department does a amazing job like not other , I as a contractor get to use the services from home depot in my daily bases from this particular store to online to the closest store from my job sites , from pro desk and all the team members , I honestly appreciate all the plumbing dept for been extremely clean. Organize and helpful even in rush hrs like today
